Fighting botrytis on seeded plants

I have one hell of a disaster in my non hitech greenhouse, at 48 latitude in a marine climate.

I have had warm damp stagnant air for weeks.

I have a mold problem. Plants for consumption I harvested early, salvaged what I could.

** here is my questions:
1. The seeded plants I am not going to consume. So I can treat them with anything to slow down the mold. So far Serinade, copper and 3% H2O2

Any better ideas? Again only collecting seeds.

2. Here is where they are at. Do you think I can mature seeds?

Im no profesional but i know some shit lol.

Sodium bicarbonate and what youre already doing, only thing id change is just alternating each solution individually.

Obviously a dryer environment can help but not at the expense of less air circulation i.e. : getting wet is almost better than not having air. Id try to vamp up your intake and exhaust (after cutting all affected areas as ro not let the air movement spread the issue)
