Finally found a sub $400 LEC 315 watt - any thoughts?

Does this look decent? I know someone with a pretty big licensed operation using Phantom's 1000 watt double ended HPS. I like that light because it has a super wide hood.

I wonder if this LEC bulb is any good. I would prefer a Phillips.

It does not say that the digital ballast puts out square wave.

F me! These LEC's put out 150,000 lumens? My 1000 watt HPS puts out 100,000 lumens.

Warning: Anyone using these LECs - shield your eyes and skin due to IR and UV. Anyone fair skinned cover up. The bulbs supposedly plasma like the sun. Be careful.

Just put an extra 50 bucks with it and get an authentic unit Depending on if you need 110 or 220 EBay has them for around that price can you get your Phillips blub as well I was faced with this decision and had both units right in front of me my local shop will match online pricing so I was able to walk out the door for 450

I get a bit concerned about eBay. The one on 1000 Bulbs claims 150,000 lumens versus about 30,000 from eBay???

Lots of charlatans like Mexican weed. Fortunately, people in CO usually prefer quality Colorado weed not WA, OR, CA or Mexican stuff flowered in pesticides and Hot Shot bug strips. Avoid the mega grow factory weed that uses pesticides, Stick with quality Colorado MMJ.

I found this one but it is 240 V. Has real Phillips bulbs. I can wire for 240 volts but someone said there is not energy savings over 120 volts. $380

if you dont want to spend the extra money to get the Sun System the Hydro farm will do just fine.

I checked out the hydro farm at a local shop and was quite impressed, They were selling them for about $60 cheaper then
the sun system

Pay the extra money for the quality for the Phantom, the Phillips 3100K bulb is worth it, so are the buds. Don't talk yourself out of what you've seen first hand work wonderfully, just to save a few bucks, and hope that these cheaper LEC's will work as well.
