So im waiting around all day, staring at my plants, wondering how can i test this bud. It is only 3 weeks into flowing but i have never seen so much resin production in 4 weeks, . My grows so far have been organic soil grows outdoor. Gotta love Almaden Valley weather! But anyways my idea for testing "wet" bud is simple, don't burn it.... it wolnt anyways, heat it ;0 I had one of these baby's kick in around http://www.northerntool.com/shop/to...i_sku=151606&gclid=COyGg7ja9bYCFcU5QgodNhEA_w n i decided to point that thing at my bowl
First i nipped a few buds from under the canopy and trimed off the leaves. I dont use a grinder but i always grind my weed with scissors in a small glass bowl, its a half oz mini shot glass with tall sides and a short diameter. I packed a bongload with the minced wet stickness and SLHUSHHSHSLSGHGSHUSHSUSGGGSSSYSGSGG
On high it took about 4 seconds to start browning and another 10 to go almost black and extrmly dry and crusty IKKKY! . I kept the gun about 3 inches away and made sure i timed my inhale with it's application. The suction and the wet stickness of the buds kept it all together in the bowl rather than flying away. About 90 seconds later i knew exactly what those nugs were packin
Pleasant essence of aroma preserved, I really look-forward to doing the same thing in 2 weeks to see the difference as they grow. I bet having benchmarks of what the bud is like at 6 and 8 and 10 weeks would really help gauge this sativa's chop time. Try it and see for yourself
