On the second picture, its the plant to the left.

I've been reading up a TINY bit on LST, and I thought it was interesting.
Do you think i would be able to do it with either of my plants? Do you feel its best? or do you preffer topping?

no worries about topping or LSTing yet, give those ladies some time to spring back to full vigor. yes, i think they'll make it.

the white spots on the leaf might be mites, although i can't say for sure. neem oil was a good suggestion, if you have access to a grow shop and can get einstein oil, that will be even better. just mix it with some warm water and a surfactant like dish soap (one drop will do), shake well between sprays, and soak the bottom and top of each leaf well. let it dry off before putting it back under the lights.

the mirror is actually the least reflective surface, as i said in the other thread. you can unclutter things a bit by moving it on out of there. foil is fine, but just flat white paint works better and again, less clutter.

best of luck!

Buck, with the einstein oil water and soap, I mist the plants? or something else?

I've already removed the mirror. Foil Im keeping to minimize the exit for the light.

I dont have a door on the closet, its just open, so I put foil over the opening to minimize the light that escapes the closet.
