This Thread is for the Fellow Growers that has studied long & hard to understand the working mechanisms behind Mother Natures Master Plan concerning the Circle of Life. For all the "Buy a Miracle on the shelf at Wally World", Please step down. No comment wanted.
Been mentally bouncing 2 ideals around for a few years. It took Me awhile to grasp the Master Plan. "The Organic benefits, why's,when, where & how's." For those that live in the Country, or near, this may work for you.
Here is my personal idea. We know that since the mid 60's, that Ranchers & Farmers has bought into the chem ferts. It was cheap & easy to put out. Prior to that, loading cow shit into a broadcaster, ect., if you had a tractor. Ashes from the fire place, fert from the chicken house, plowing with Mules, etc. Let's say 35 to 40 years of the Chems out every spring, in a 40 acre Hay Field. Add the broadleaf chems. At this point, we should all agree that it's a dead zone, ground hard packed due to any micobes or worms tilling the soil. Hard packed to such an extent that 80% of the needed rain drains away. Adding to the fact that chem ferts can only absorb 20% of the Ferts... the rest washes away. On an average Hay yield, usually 3 cuttings per year, the nutritional level of the Hay itself is only 20% of what it should be. To compensate, more hay... the chem circle jerk. Spider Mites only attack sick plants. Cows without good nutrition has a sick immunity system, ... sick cows, babies, worms, black leg, all that shit. It's what we learned with the organic method. As it stands now, both in the Herb & Cattle business, add more chems to kill the things that chems started in the first place. It's so Sad, & ignorant.
Now, here's the idea. South Texas sees 40 or 100 acres of Hay Field, on a road that a lot of Farmers & Ranchers passes daily. This place, I want a 5 year lease. I need one year to correct the soil, build the soil where it has 80% better water retention, 80% higher yield, 80% higher nutritional product. 80% less drought & diesases. After the first year, 80% less cost on ferts, also. The Hay itself, with test, will double in price & demand. After the drive by Ranchers sees the healthy yields when others burn up, here they come. Then, make your deal. 50% profits for anything past your avearage yield over a 5 year time span. The money spent for all the watering & ferts is deducted... my money to do my shit to the soil. If they have spent 3 grand on chem shit., you can do a LOT with 3 grand to build the soil. Tell them Steer Manure is the trick... such a line of shit. I'll get to the 2ND idea later.... Like Chinese Buffet's.... Just a hint.
