Finding a place

So what's the best way to find a place if you are a designated provider? I recently moved back into my parents from my old place and need to find a new job and find a place to grow for an ex coworker. When looking for a place should I notify the landlord that I will be growing in the house?
My good friend is also going to become DP. Can we both live in the house and grow a total of 30 plants?

Depending on where you were to move you could probably both live in the same place and each be a DP for someone, totaling 60 plants. As for finding a place, you will probably get a ton diff opinions on weather you should inform the landlord or not.. your best bet would probably be looking for a place with a landlord who lives out of state so you dont get many visits(maybe), or when your looking for places, talk to the landlord and ask if it were ok to have a legal mmj grow on the property and you can show all paperwork.. (but then again now someone you hardly know, knows about your grow)

I thought one DP could only grow 15 plants, which would only allow two people 30 plants? I actually recently discovered a place that would be perfect for a grow except for the fact that his house is literally like a zoo (he has a pond in his room, a HUGE salt water fish tank and various other tanks, tons of different exotic animals. I'm worried about infestations with all those animals.
