Finding more space for indoor growing

I am having a hell of a time finding rentals that will not mind MMJ growing. I have been growing a while on a small scale(600w-2000w) and need to move up a tier now that I have a higher plants count and resources to do a bigger grow (3000w-6000w). I have also been reading that Colorados real estate/ rentals prices and have been climbing very fast thanks to the great Amendment 64. Anywho I am looking to see if anyone has any leads in or close to Denver metro area. Finishing most of my plants this month or next so looking to have a location in July some time.

good luck finding anything....sorry to be neagtive. its hard for renters. I got friends that are looking for a rental and cant find s*it. im just outside denver. i would consider buying i know its eaiser said then done. or know somebody that does own. my buddy just bought a house and three of his neighbors grow.

thanks for the motivational words... lmao hahaha yeah i already know it sucks to rent and the moment my mistakes in life (married a c*nt ) dont effect my credit score. so i think maybe a year or two from now. but thanks for the update it makes me feel a bit better to know i am not the only person havent trouble renting. do u know any rent to own spots or "trouble credit" private lenders??

i dont, the best thing i have found is just calling being polite and honest. Keep looking things are always changing.....

yeah thats what i have been doing but many ask for craziness like 4x the rent upfront at one place i called and another wanted me to sign a contract assumig libility and he wanted to have it sent to MMR. i am hoping the summer will be better. know any site other then criagslist to look for rentals. and do u know anything about warehouse or large space leasing and how it works. the $ per sq confuses me a bit

heres an idea, dont tell them. i dont know why you would. i had a grow with 1 600 watt 2 150's and never told anyone for the longest time. i even went as far as to re do the locks because someone put a trash bag in my grow when i wasnt home. so change locks and keep going. sucks but you need a place to stay and they need money.
