Here is the Description of those Banana Crack Seeds that I am breeding with Malawi Gold:

Sublime looks and impeccable flavour, this is the sound of summer... Banana Mango and Peaches really make this strain stand head and shoulders above the rest.

Excellent head, strong, bright and clear, thoroughly enjoyable, trichs from week 2. A treat to grow which make exceptional concentrates, a real gift. Her finished product is a lethal combination of flavour and strength, a must have!

We took a long time getting this just right and it's now one of our most in demand strains. Get this while you can, this is going to change your perception on flavour strains for ever.

The Marijuana Industry is now doing Genetic Testing of Plants in order to look for things like Genetic Heritage, Yield, THC Content, etc, and to find F1 plants, and soon even unforeseen applications, as this is the only company doing this right now and by the time it is normal it will have become even more useful than it is now.

If anyone would like to contact this company, I have been in contact with one of the Dr's on their team, and she said I could share her email.
Susan.Trapp@MariGene.com

So if you have a strain you want to get Genetically Tested, go ahead and send her an email.

I don't know man.. I ran a pack of ACE Malawi (standards) but didn't find anything worth keeping. Same with their Golden Tiger and Panama. Weak stuff IMO.

Are you saying that you didn't flower them or that the bud wasn't good? Because if you didn't flower them then you probably just didn't notice. It takes almost 4 months to flower them instead of 2 and they are supposed to be extreme sativas, so lanky and stretchy.

yeah, and 20 week indoor bud is so awesome! sells at half price, takes more than twice the time, little or no bag appeal, and skeptics won't even sample it...

hard mode...

I'm breeding it with Banana Crack and White Strawberry Skunk.

And everyone says it takes a long time to flower, but that it's always definitely worth the wait.

Here is probably the pattern I will breed in.

1.

Malawi X Banana Crack

Malawi X White Strawberry Skunk

Malawi X Girl Scout Cookies

Malawi X Gorilla Glue

Malawi X Danky Kong

2.

(Malawi X Banana Crack) X Strawberry Diesel

(Malawi X White Strawberry Skunk) X Honey Bananas

(Malawi X Girl Scout Cookies) X Tahoe OG

Then probably a Blue Mystic or Purple Bud or other mixes here.

3.

Cheeses, Kushes, Hazes, White Widow strains, etc

4.

Stabilize

5.

Combine the new strains until a unique new strain is made

Think about it, what are the weirdest string flavors you can think of with weed? Orange, Strawberry, Banana, etc. (oh, I'm getting Agent Orange too eventually).

I'm going to make some crazy new flavors or mixed flavors.

If there is not a strain called Hawaiian Punch right now, I'm basically making it. Except it's African.

I love led lights I'm also a LED grower using 2x California light works 440's that are a "600 watt" replacement. From my research they can do 1-2g a watt but the light pulls 320 at the wall 350 with the uvb ballasts running. Harvest In about a week let ya know. More pictures!! :-)

Edit: oh I see you still have just started, just gained pages quickly hehe

Thanks. And yeah, LEDs are used by dispensaries, can be seen used in magazines like High Times. And sometimes on Attitude you see the purple light from LEDs in the seed example Pics.

There is nothing wrong with LEDs, I don't know why they act like this is all wrong bevause I have LEDs.

I think a lot of them don't want LEDs to work because they put so much money in HPS and Metal Hallides and fans for years.

Also, once I have a good flavor strain established with unique flavors and everything, I will cross it directly with Banana strains, and Strawberry strains, and Orange strains, and Pineapple strains, and Blueberry strains, etc. to create a line of flavors. And Diesels and Cheeses and Skunks, etc to create a line of smells.

fantastic thread mate, coming to it late as I followed your link from somewhere else you posted--anyway--I love your mindset with the religious aspect and the kind of whole lifestyle approach eg maybe brewing cider as well--I do sililar with various wines in jars etc and I don't know if it really makes any difference but fermenting yeast provides a goodly quantity of CO2 --so if you brew in your growroom it all comes together quite nicely. As for your weed growing ambitions, don't know if maybe its all too much, what you are trying will take years and years--good luck--gthe more folk doing this the more chance that the next generation of excellence in weed strains will come from the ordinary grower doing stuff like this, rather than the big weed corporations currently taking over world growing due to the dispernsary legal scene in the USA and Canada. the bast advances in Cannabis growing come from accidental mutations being taken to the next stage by growers like yourself, so you carry on my friend and best of luck--it will be interesting to watch.

I totally agree, right now the only people doing this are specialty growers like the Jungle Boys, but their seeds don't spread, you have to go to exclusive dispensaries to get their stuff.

It will be great when dispensaries with 2000 plants can do this instead of me with 3 plants I can flower per roommate per flower cycle.

But those people aren't doing this yet. Maybe they'll start copying me and make some good strains, but for now I'm the only one trying to make amazing flavor strains accessible to everyone. And I'm not going to quit just because I can't grow 2000 plants right now.

Sometimes it seems like people here are like "Do you understand how far we are, do you understand how many strains their are? What could you possibly add?". When in reality, Marijuana has hardly even started being bred. This is the beginning. In 100 years your great grandchildren are going to be like "You we're smoking what?" With their 50% THC marijuana and THC patches.

Also, I am not sure if the Jungle Boys use African strains on purpose. But Girl Scout Cookies and Cherry Pie are African based, and they have used those in their flavors.

Then their is also Holy Smokes and Elemental Seeds. There are probably more, but those 2 seem to be focusing on flavors with a lot of their strains.

But it seems like things like Girl Scout Cookies and Cherry Pie are used, but it doesn't seem that anyone has put 2 and 2 together. It seems that only I have recognized African genetic superiority and am the only one working to make strains like Cherry Pie and Girl Scout Cookies, African based flavor strains, on purpose.

Check this out. This is Jungle Boys' "Wedding Cake". It is Cherry Pie X Girl Scout Cookies. Which is (Durban Poison X Grandaddy Purp) X (F1 Durban X OG Kush)

And it made this.

When I cross Malawi with Banana Crack and White Strawberry Skunk, then cross those 2 crosses, maybe after mixing Strawberry Diesel and Honey Bananas in (Or Banana Crack again).

((Malawi X Banana Crack) X Strawberry Diesel)
X
((Malawi X White Strawberry Skunk) X Honey Bananas)

Plus I've got Girl Scout Cookies also.

I really don't think most people here get it yet.
