FireCrackers?

I've heard alot about these edible arrangements that make for a good long lasting high, or so I've heard. I would like to know more about these, 'FireCrackers'. Like how to make and cook them. And would it make for optimal high if I ate them on an empty stomach? I'm going to be buying some LOUD latter down the road, and I would like to suprize them with some "just crackers and peanut butter" type deal. So please if anyone whos some helpful tips on how to cook and prepare these stoner snacks, feel free to post.

Yours truly, LeaderOfTokes

This is the recipe I use. There are other opinions, but this works for me.
Put PB on cracker, put pot on PB ( anywhere form an 1/8 of a gram to a gram, depending on your tolerance and the strength of the pot), put another cracker with PB on it, on top of the pot. (PB side down)

Place cracker in tin foil, wrap/fold edges of foil together to form a tight seal.
Bake in an un-preheated oven 25min x 300 degrees.

Let cool and eat on as empty a stomach as possible. Perhaps eating a cracker or two as you make these will get your digestive juices flowing in advance, never been sure but appreciate the logic.

Nutella works as well as PB.
Some swear by only natural/organic PB, but I have only used Jif or Nutella without failure.

The issue with edibles is that you want to take enough, but not over do it. My tolerance is extremely low and I get wrecked on 1/8-1/4 gram. Others take up to 2 grams.
Best to wait 1-1.5 hrs after ingestion, then smoke a bit on top of it to really set things off.
Great idea for a wake and bake if you have a day to waste.

Why unpreheated oven? I've always heard for it to be preheated at like 280 or so.
And I just put like .3 of some Loud in it. Lololololol

I cook at a little higher temp, therefore I don't want to risk vaping the weed by exposing it to too much heat for too long.
My thermodynamics are pitiful, but I would guess preheated at 280 vs turning it on and baking at 300 w/o preheating comes out to about the same amount of heat in the long run.
That's just my person bit of voodoo.

And I just put like .3 of some Loud in it.
Did they work?

I guess not preheated would be the way to go, because before you replied, I threw them in the oven, raped in aluminum foil, pre-heated at 300, and they didn't work that well. They did work a little though, but not as much as they should have.

A firecracker (also known as a cracker, noise maker, banger or bunger) is a small explosivedevice primarily designed to produce a large amount of noise, especially in the form of a loud bang; any visual effect is incidental to this goal. They have fuses, and are wrapped in a heavy paper casing to contain the explosive compound. Firecrackers, along with fireworks, originated inChina.

  1. Gently insert a pin or needle through the back of a cap through to the front.
  2. Remove the pin and re-insert it from the front, where you made the hole. Pry the powder out of the cap, tapping it onto a sheet or paper or plate or other working surface.
  3. Carefully work the pin around the edge of the cap to collect all of the powder. There is a very slight chance of popping the cap, so be gentle and work slowly.
  4. How much powder you need depends on the size of firecracker you plan to make. One ring of caps is more than sufficient to create a loud bang, but you really only need powder from about 3 caps for each firecracker. For the sake of safety, it's best to make one firecracker at a time (you don't need a big pile of powder).

Ok so I have been trying this method and I am not getting any buzz... except this small ringing in my ears
