i DO like this product. ordered one after reading this firewood vaporizer review. it's a real good product. i find it better than the pax and it's not even half the price! support this small manufacture, they actually care for their customers. I can't say that about ploom. I feel let down by them, just because I'm based in Europe ;/ their policy is quite strange I think
