Firs time growing - help needed

This is my first time growing and i need help. Im going to be growing in my closet which is 3 feet wide and 6 feet tall. I want to grow 1-2 healthy plants. I don't want to have to keep switching to a more powerful light as the plant gets bigger, but just have one light that can grow the plant from start to finish. What kind of lights do i need? Any information would be great thankss

i use a hps 150watt, works great for small grows.

i also use an hps, but i have a 250 watter.. i too grow in a small closet.. although the hps is not the best lamp to use during veg, some would say to use a mh, and a hps for flowering, it is plenty good enough to grow one or two plants in a small room.. you should go to a website such as htg supply and check out their complete lighting systems.. you can usually hook up with a plug and play hps for around $150 or so, and that would be more than enough to get you on your way with some good results..

do you think 1 150 watt hps bulb is enough to grow 2 plants?

yeh thats just enough to grow 2 decent plants

o yeah.. no problem i have a 250 and grow two monsters under it.. i would say the 150 would be good.. you could always go scrog as or sog as well which would give you better light penetration and more bud sites closer to where the light is at.. or you could also go lst which does basically the same thing.. if you have any ?'s about any of these methods, just go ahead and do a search on here
