Las & Nas have beat me to it :)

Yupp you can get them at most hydro stores in the UK ... Come in all sizes from 1ltr up to 80 lters i think ( they are used for transporting trees , The company that makes them has won the contract for supplying the plants for the 2012 Olympics )

no chuck her in the garden and the amount of light we are getting at the mo would only continue to flower her and she would probs die due to the cold, wet and frost :(

yeah recomend auto pots all the way, no more root bound plants and the root mass is so hard, u have 2 put some force on to rip it apart :)

They are not biodegradable , You can re use them over and over , The transplant method i use is just like double potting ...I just drop them in a half filled 15 ltr bucket and the roots shoot out of the sides and bottom of the airpot

Thats what i was thinkin mate weathers shitty here still, think i might just chuck her in loft with a 1 of my veg CFL's an see how it goes if it works im buzzin if not i'd shed a tear lol i love fuzzy lol!!

Cheers WOW........orded my new propagator last week of ebay GOOD QUALITY LARGE GARLAND HIGH-DOMED SEED PROPAGATOR on eBay (end time 11-Feb-11 12:37:16 GMT)

The 1st one that come was cracked so emailed them they sent me a new out an said keep the cracked 1 so ive got 2 also got my root riot cubes aswell so been practicin takin cuttin on this mini valentine's Rose i got my girl the other day, so like you say might aswell try in that an see how it goes ive got 2x 45w blue cfl's what i used for veg.
Ive took some pics of the propagator an rose ill post them soon

I grow from clones , I root them in little net pots with Coco , Then i snip the bottom off the net pot when im ready to put them in the Air Pots ( No transplant shock )... Then veg them for however long ...Then just drop that Air pot in a Bucket ...simple :)

Might spoil the end a bit ... But with this method in Coco ...I got way more than the plants expected yield ;)


EDIT: I just noticed that this was my 911th post , For my own reasons i would like to mark it by sending out a thought for the innocent lives lost on 9/11 2001 and the innocent lives lost thereafter .

The site is dormant atm and not open to the public yet , I'm working on a new project right now to combine it with a new website , Your more than welcome to join though ... A few members have sneaked in already ... But It's nice and quiet :)

I too, am on my first grow about the same time as you.

Ordered "The Purps" from BC Bud. Took forever to arrive and from 14 seeds only 5 sprouted and 3 ended up male. So I have two remaining in a 4 x 4 room with 1000w. Read all kinds of bad press about BC Bud after I ordered so IMG_0185.jpgI was happy just to get any seeds, but I won't use them again.

Seed: Nov 15.
12/12 : Jan 12.
10 gallon tubs with 50% coco and 50% hydroton withIMG_0186.jpg some zeolite thrown in - maybe 10%
Advanced Nutrients Micro and bloom per Lucas formula
Micro 8ml per G
Bloom 12 ml per G.
Grandma Engys FulvicIMG_0190.jpg acid at 10ml per gallon
Bud Candy at 8 ml per G.

was using multizen at 4 ml per G but no more and I always add a tsp of epsom salts to 5 galloIMG_0188.jpgns.

I just top water every 2 - 3 days about 1 1/2 gallons with no run off, but I have not seen any build up problems.

The mulch is http://www.originalmulchblock.com/ Just grabbed it from the home store and never flushed or charged it. Had lots of trouble early on with droopy leaves. Don't know if it was the coco or just my nutes that were all over the board till I got them dialed in. What is your plan for final flushing??
