First CFL Grow! Advice Appreciated

Ok, so I germinated 3 bag seeds on June 28. Only one popped a tail but I burried all 3. Only the one with the tail sprouted. It has been under four 26 watt (1610 lumens / 6500k) bulbs hanging about 5 in above its head on 24/0. Just moved the lights back a few inches today to about 12 - 14 in because of some yellowing on the tips of the leaves. I will be updating this with new changes as soon as possible.

They are planted in miracle grow potting soil organic.

I recommend LSTing and topping that plant, as you can see its a sativa.
Going to get nice and tall.
Thanks! I was planning on topping it once it gets tall. Since my last post there have been no real changes other then more leaf growth. I bought a spray bottle and have been hitting it with a few sprays in between watering to keep the top nice and moist. Let me know if anyone has any advice...

The plant has been doing great since I moved the lights a little farther away and increased the watering.

Just curious...how far away did you have your bulbs from the plant before and after you moved them ?

And, it looks like your soil is pretty moist...Do you pretty much keep it that moist all the time ? Or do you allow it to dry out some ? thanks

At first i had my lights about 2- 3 in away from the plants but i started to notice some yellowing on the tips of the leaves. I moved the lights about 10in away from the plant and have been watering it about 1 cup every 2 days with plenty of misting with the spray bottle in between watering.
