First CFL grow (Bubblelicious)

Ok so i was looking around for some bubblelicious grows from start to finish and found this How to grow Bubblelicious page. 99% of all the info in the guide is just general MJ info with the word Bubblelicious attached to it, but there is a few bubblelicious specific things. Nothing exciting but if your bored theres always that page to read. lol.

Ok so here we are at yet another chaotic clone day.
I have spent way to much damn time fooling with the males & un-sexed plants so.................................

All possible male clones have been KILLED. (This is all clones except what is currently in the flowering area)
All male mothers have been KILLED.
All mothers that have not shown sex have been KILLED.

Only remaining mother plants are Female

Ok so from this point only good things can happen.

No more possible males, no more mislabeled male clones. NO MORE MALES.

Hey mate,

u have a Nice Ass Grow happening and under CFLs i'm amazed! wow i never knew they worked so well, sort of reminds me of when i was like 14 living at mums and trying to grow under incadesent bulbs and flood/spot lights. - With NO sucess EVER!!! Thanks for dropping by my thread. Gotta love that Bubble Gum HEY???

LOL, yeah I used to always exterminate every male I could find. If it showed any balls at all it went into mulch. This year I've decided to have a dedicated male garden to try some custom breeding. I'm growing it 5 miles from my girls so unless any neighbors are growing they're gonna be awful lonesome.

lol ya, thats the same thing i thought, when i was like 14-15 i grew a few under 4ft shop lights. when i flowered them i had like 1g off a 5ft giant lol. Then recently i started to hear this buzz about cfl's and made an ass out of myself at first and told the friends that were discussing them that they were morons & a floro couldn't do anything but veg. Then walla they show me these mad micro grows that actually have a great output

so here I am lol.

The 4 remaining female mothers had all there new shoots super cropped AGAIN

. I'm not too sure as to how many times they have been super cropped now, its over 8 but who knows.

I may raise the lights a good 6" or so and cause some major stretching. Once this is done remove 3 females and then super crop the remaining female to fit the entire area.

The main mom that is def going to be kept is in the center. She has started to take over the veg area and pushing the other females right out the door.

Some very healthy large cuttings have been taken from all but the center mother (she is currently recovering from yet another supercropping.

There is 2 ways you can do it (with keeping your pics on RIU)

1 Post your thread with the attachments then edit your post.

Right click the thumbnail and pick copy link address

then do [.IMG]https://www.rollitup.org/attachments/grow-journals/452420d1245424550-first-cfl-grow-bubblelicious-jun-19-2009-s-001.jpg[./img]

without the periods. amd it will show the large pic in your thread along with the small thumb.

You can also right click the attachment after it has been uploaded and select copy link address (or location or whatever

) then just paste the link between your image tags and walla

sweet bro, thanks mate. I finnally worked it out! love those CFL's keep up the good work! ill keep dropping by from time to time to check your progress. When u putting in flower? how old are they again ? i got some that are 4 weeks old under MH 400.

Those are some damn nice plants

I should have wen't with just bubblegum but I wen't with Nirvana's Bubblelicious.

Either I am going crazy and seeing things, do you have both Sativa & Indica pheno's of the NRS bubblegum? ( If you have both do you have a favorite between the two? I have heard atleast with the Nirvana Bubblelicious that the Sativa pheno has more of the Bubblegum smell & taste)

The bubblelicious seeds cracked the surface on april 26, so they have some age to them. I have no idea how many clones have been taken already (I had a rockwool contamination problem that killed tons of clones

)

I think i had the same problem i was taking like heaps and heaps of clones in rockwool and they wont root, not after 3 weeks put in the bubble cloner and 5 - 10 days max all rooted. whats with that? are they contaminating the rockwool so we buy more and more ? i was thinking i was doing things wrong and couldn' work it out till i read somewhere else that others 2 had been having problems with contaminated rockwool.
I have the NRS bubblelicious 2 and this is first time i've grown it, i smoked it back in 1995 and to this day i'll never forget it! wish i'd spent the money and got TH or serious Bubble gum. And yeah it does look like i have the india type and the sativa type i want the one that is closest to the OG gum back in 95. That pink hubba bubba flavour and thats all it smelt like was bubble gum not weed in ANY way!!! It used to sell for $450 to $550 a bag. or $125 a q (7 gram ) and thats all Aussie dollars. catch ya soon
