First CFL grow please help!!!!

i have a rubbermaid stealth grow setup and i was wondering how long do i veg my clones for before i can start to flower them??? they are on 18/6 right now and i just started yesterday. i am also doing the LST on them. also can i use foil to reflect the light?

i put clones in there like two days ago how long should i veg

Foil is a poor reflector of light, try get your hands on some mylar. It is relatively inexpensive and is easy to find. Also, flat white paint may be used. Bothe are better than foil.

In regards to the veg period;


This is absolutely under your control. you should ideally veg until you have a decent amount of nodular development.
Other considerations for period of veg cycle:

Plant size. In most cases the longer you veg, the larger your plant is going to want to grow. For a stealth grow, you may wish to keep the plants on the smaller end.

If you are short on $$$ then you could use some foiled wrapping paper, or the inside of potato chip bags. I used a few Doritos bags at first for my ever evolving ghetto grow... now I have switched to emergency blankets lined on the inside of a Uhaul Grand Wardrobe Box(thanks CD!!!). For my flower box I am going to paint the inside a flat white with as much titanium in it as possible. I am going to try for a low VOC paint also... don't need any off gassing for the plants to inhale!

As far as length of Veg stage that is up to you... i know it probably sounds like a broken record but just remember that 1/2 to 2/3 of your plant continue to grow in the flower stage. If you have the room then guesstimate how much you will have for flower even if ya LST.
