as long as the aluminum is thick enough to not be floppy - 1/8" usually requires two dimensions (either a bend or angle) to be stable

1/4" plate is rigid enough to do what you want

In a span of 3x2 wanting 3 to put 3 pieces of aluminum 1/4 in thick by 4in wide 24in long with 2 maybe 3 citizen 1212 3500 k with fan mounted on each piece and 3 pieces attaced to,angle aluminum

And will i lose anything by puting my driver remotley?

Putting them in flower room should i run 2700k or the 3500k ?

This is just my opinion now. If you have plenty of room split up the spectrums 6500K/5000K is awesome for veg and a 3K for flower will rock the house. BUT- I prefer for my gear to be diverse you never know what you will need to do trust me, so depending on brand I would go 3500K/4K for veg and flower. More versatility and still get good results.
