First Ever Grow: 2 Years of Lurking

If they were mine I'd probably be hitting them with a dose of liquid karma and molasses on the next watering. I don't use FF Happy Frog soil, but as far as I can tell, it should have enough nutrients in it for anything that you've recently repotted. However, I could agree with a 1/4 strength dose of the Dynagro nutes as well. I doubt it would hurt them at all.

How are your temps in your cab? And, do you have good air circulation + intake and exhaust?

When you repot the seedlings, take a look at the roots. They should appear clean and white. If that's the case, then I wouldn't worry too much about the appearance of the older leaves. The newer growth will give you a better idea as to the overall health of the plant.

Thanks bro I'll make sure to look at the roots.. When transplanting the clones the roots were EVERYWHERE, and were nice and white.

The temp is right around 75.. PC Fan on bottom pulling in cool air. 2 Exhaust openings on the top for the air to go out.

hey lookin good man the temps and everything sound righton, i've never used happy frogsoil, but IMO that looks like mild nute burn....the plants look healthy and green everywhere else. also it may be over watering?
how often/ how much do you water?
anyway nice grow,
good luck and i'm subbed.

Thanks bro greatly appreciated..

When I first received the clones the soil was pretty moist so I didn't need to water. After 3-4 of sitting I gave them some water... 200ml each(about a cup)... Then I transplanted into a larger 1 gallon pot which I made sure was moist.. Once I transplanted I added probably 300ml each for water.

They look good as you said besides the tips.. I'm hoping it's just some happy frog nute burn... maybe next time I'll add more perlite..?

One of my seedlings is very droopy from over-watering.. hoping for strong recovery ;-)

The other picture is of the clone

Update: Day 24 (day 13 for clones)

Picture 1 is the struggling seedling which I fed yesterday with 1/4 Foliage pro + 1/4 Protekt

Picture 2 is another seedlings I TRIED topping... Looks like Something went wrong.. Looks like there is only 1 Node coming out.. FAIL? Also fed 1/4 Foliage pro + 1/4 Protekt

Picture 3 and 5 Is my strongest seedling which I fed yesterday and today I began LSTing..

Picture 4 shows the topping I did 7 Days ago.. I also fed this seedling today with 1/4 Foliage pro + 1/4 Protekt

Picture 6 is the clone. I believe it's showing progress. The new growth has a decrease in the yellow tips.. so hopefully it was just from the happy frog.

Thanks to everyone who's following.. Suggestions welcome

Looks ok, sometimes it takes a little time, especially when you are adding nutes at this young age. Pic #1 looks like maybe some drainage issues with the cup? All else looks like you are on track.

hmm could be... just transplanted into 1 gallon and that solo cup actually gave me trouble because the soil was in TWO pieces... The roots on both looked good. Nice and white.

I saw a lot of roots at the bottom of the cup... could they have been stunted?

Update Timeeeeee:

Pictures 1 and 3 show the seedling(topped) which went through some deficiences.. I fed it and didn't see anything except more discoloration.. Figured it was lockout so I flushed yesterday and waiting for her to dry up before I hit her with nutes again... Think I may need pH up since my run-off is 5.5ish and I've read that happy frog sometimes has low pH problems

Picture 2 shows the plant I was LSTing

Picture 4 shows the second topping I did which actually turned out successful as you can see..

Picture 5 is the weaker seedling which seems to be showing some deficiency signs... I fed her today with 1/4 str dyna gro foliage pro and 1/4 protekt.. It's looking like the same problem I faced with plant #1... We'll see it plays out..

Picture 6 is the clone which I've yet to feed.. Probably tomorrow

Thanks all for following! bongsmilie

Update: Day 30..

Well looks like my soil pH was a little out of wack after checking runoff.. It was coming out at about 5.5.
Purchased some pH up so now I shouldn't have any more problems(fingers crossed)..

Picture 2 shows the plant which ran into deficiency issues which were a result from the low pH... I flushed her 3 days ago and I'm waiting for her to dry up before I go with nutes ago..

3 and 4 are the clones... Amazing how they've grown since acquiring them..

Thanks for following!

Was bored so decided to post an update:

Pic 1 shows the plant I was LSTing which I now have FIMMED.. hope I did it right..

Pic 2 shows the deficient plant which was flushed 4 days ago and today was given some Dyna gro 1/4 Foliage pro + 1 /4 protekt at a pH of 7.0.. the pH of my soil is rather low and runoff comes out at 5.5ish..
Hoping she darkens a bit

Pic 3 is the other plant which I topped.

Looks pretty good man. Leaves are nice and big. Hopefully that one hangs in there and starts getting better. All in all looking good. When are you gonna start flowering?

Hey everyone, figured it was time to update..

Pics 1 and 2 are showing the FIM job I did.. I believe it was successful.
Pic 3 and 4 show the other plant I topped which as shown, now has 3 main branches..
Pic 5 is the clone, I also have another identical clone one which I watered today at a ph of 6.5.
Pic 6 and 7 is the plant(also topped) which ran into some nute lockout I believe. Flushed about a week ago and then hit her with nutes 3 days ago... Can't tell for sure but it seems like the leaves are turning darker green as seen with picture 7(that leaf was more yellow a few days ago).
Pic 8 is the smallest of the seedlings.

Thanks, hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.
