First female?

I have a couple of plants growing outside and most have turned out to be male. The one pictured below isn't even on a 12/12 cycle yet but she seem's like she's showing pistons. Any idea if she's female or not? + rep

Yay! Finally!
I don't get it though...it's mid summer and she's not on a 12/12 cycle...all my other plants (that have turned out to be males) were put on this cycle before flowering. It's bag seed so could I have just got a random auto-flowering strain? Should I even bother putting her on 12/12?

That's happened to me, I don't know why. I know they were't autoflower strains. The plants grew big and the flowers stayed small til they were on 12/12. Then they grew at a normal rate. Everything turned out fine.

Almost all strains start showing thier preflowers at around 4 weeks, so it's perfectly normal. It's a sign of maturity. Congrats, it's a baby girl.LOL

Sweet! Thx for all your congrats : D My partner and I named her Ananda, which is a East Asian name (pots place of origin) meaning ultimate bliss Will put her on a 12/12 cycle tomorrow!
