first grow 12/12 from seed

So im doing my first grow this season. I live in floida and its fairly cold out side about 40 in the morning and around 70 in the after noon. its early novemberber so the light period is back to 12/12 which is forcing me to do 12/12 from seed grow. I am using red party cups filled with potting soil.. so far its the beginning of the forth week and this is what i got. any tips are apprecgiated

Looks healthy but not much growth for 3 weeks. I have a plant that's a week and a half old and that size under lights. And 40 is awfully chilly. Get it inside under a light and get the photo period up. GL -bioWheel

Yeh you can do a lot more bringing it inside and giving it at least a 18/6 light schedule under a 23w cfl with reflector. I have one that is about 3 weeks old and its ALOT bushier and more nodes than that. They really shoot out growth after the 5th week or so. And you need to consider transplanting it to at least a gallon jug or a pot.

yea it is pretty small but im not using any ferts or nutes yet and i have read online that they can handle about 26 degrees

unfortunately im gonna have to finish these out side, if it gets to cold at night i will bring them indoors but im gonna continue out this grow on 12/12 im hoping to get 8- grams per female plant.. this is for personal use.. btw im pretty sure i have atleast 2 females so far because i see whitish/redish pistols inbetween the nodes they are fairly small.."correct me if im wrong"
