First grow: 12 cfl bar afghan kush, medical 1024

This is my first grow and I'll post a few picks to show you what I've got. Basically from what I can tell I have made is a dwc 4 plant system in a Rubbermaid tote. It's going into my closet that's roughly 1.5x4x7. I made a light bar that holds 12 lights and purchased 4-65 watt 6500K and 8-23 watt 5000K bulbs. I hope that will be enough. I'm not looking for a huge yield just some quality personal use. The nutes are Cutting Edge Solutions micro, grow, and bloom. I will be using RO water I already have a filter for usr on my saltwater tank. Room temp sits around 75 but can lower it more if I need to. Now the ladies will be from single seed company one afghan kush special fem. one medical 1024 fem and two free fem. I tracked them today and they made it to the us and we should have them going by the end of the week! I'm trying to get everything in order before they get here. i've smoked 1024.. good stuff those are enough lights for vegging however i would have loaded up on the 6500 more so then the 5000 .. can't wait to see your set up!

Thanks I was covered up at work today so I wasn't able to pull any of the pics from my phone. I figured I would switch half my bulbs when I flip to 12 and 12. Also a few thing I still need are timers, ppm tester, fan ( I plan on getting a blower wheel from a small AC and wiring it up and putting some duct on it. I'm pretty good with AC work so that's not a dig issue right now. I've never had 1024 but the buds looked great and the seeds weren't very expensive. Should I scrog/lst in this space or just let them do their thing?

You'll want 2700k for flowering.

I give you props sir for typing all of that on an iphone. I wouldn't even begin to try it as my thumbs would literally lock up lool! This sounds like a promising grow, so I am sub'd. I figured out the pictures

Heres the nutes, as I mentioned before this is my first go. The owner of the local hydro shop sold me on this. He said it was one of the best you could use and very forgiving. I'm not sure, but I guss we will find out.

light bar. I have 2 seoerate plugs. I'm not great with electrical, I just figured 12 lights was to many for one plug.

I got the seeds in yesterday and single seed co threw a curve ball at me. One of the free seeds they sent me was an auto. I was originally going to have 4 plants, but I decided to run the auto first and see how it goes then do my other three together. I went back and forth on this and I think I made the right decision my doing a trial run. The seed is in a wet paper towel in a Baggie waiting to crack. I'll post more pick and give yall an update tonight. And instead of doing the tote I'm using a 5 gal bucket. Everything else is the same.

Right on. Did you say Afghan Kush special? World of seeds? Good brand. I just finished up my second run of Afghan Kush Ryder....high quality seeds.

Seed cracked! One flash Babylon auto fem was born. Now home depot for some last minute things and we are in business. Honestly I didn't expect the seed to show life before a full day. Well off to a good start I'll post a few pics this weekend showing the final setup. And... I was having a shitty couple days at work and come Last night and my girl had a brand new thick glass piece with an 8th waiting for me. Damn my week has turned around!

I took this today while I was home on lunch. Im still trying to get the temp. constant but it doesn't get to hot as is. Well Its growing fast and ill keep you updated

I've been runing half strength nutes for a week and doing my first water change and bumping up the vege nutes a little more this week. The plant really took off once I started Feeding it. The ph is constant at 6 and the temp is between 73-85. This is an Auto so should I do any LST or just let it go, and at what point do I need to if I am.
