4 Week in 12/12 (Flowering)

Trichomes, trichomes and more trichomes. Really happy to see these, still feeding twice a week (using Algoflash - Flowering Plants) and they look happy, although, lower leafs are lacking in the amount of light and p-k but i don't really care about lower small buds the main 5 at the top is what i'm concentrating, i wan't them as nice as posible, closes to the light and produce the most potent stuff possible. And its normal for leafs to drop and turn yellow when in flowering so I think I'm doing fine.

5 Week in 12/12 (Flowering)

Thank you for the replays guys, happy to see some one interested after all. No topping was not done at all, just LST a bit and that's all (raised secondary branches to the top to make semi-primary, btw its working), but ak47 get really bushy anyway and having several 18w cfl's in random direction will definitely make it bushy and now I'm finish her off with some HPS light and she likes it a lot. There no much of an update on feeding as I'm just feeding her normal as before and she's growing nice. Added a bit more lemon juice ( a lot more accidently ) and in 24 hours she changed colour.. good colour that is.. whooho. She like lower pH a assume then - 6.4pH now btw.

Yes it is, I was going to grow two because 250w for one plant is overkill but the second seed ( white widow ) did not germinate, so i was left with one. I could of taken clones but mhee, this one plant is taking up a lot of space anyway as you can see. Just noticed this is your first post, welcome to RUI, its a honer for this to be your first post here.

6 Week in 12/12 (Flowering)

Let me start by saying; She's gone crazy.. I flushed her 3 days ago and she absoliutly loved it, so ye i flushed her with miracle grow soil and no problems, shes turned from a girl to a woman, a sexy one bongsmilie

anyway, feeding her 1:1 flowering nutes 2 times a week, in total its 3 times but one is just pH'd water and i think i figure out what she want. Her buds and 2x times the size now.. Looking at trichomes now looking for brow/orange ones and ill go straight to harvest as i want the "up high" feeling, and as i'm doing multiple harvest ( cutting the main colas ) and ill keep the lower popcorn growing till they gain size, increase yeald by almost half

Thats all for today.. ak47 grow for around 6-8 weeks so i'm getting really close to harvest, can not wait to smoke some of this..

You are going to be rolling in the bud so soon. Can you keep us updated on the yield also? Im quite impressed with what you did . How bad did she smell?

Im using MG potting soil for my baby girls now, how often should I water them? I concerned about the nutrients in MG and releasing too much. I had been PH -ing my water down to 6.5 that seemed to work for you correct?

Thanks man, I will once she finishes, she still growing crazy..

At the start when she was really small, i would just water 2-3 times a week ( once there was solid dry soil at the top i water'd her ) and i did this true the entire grow increasing the amount of water as the plant got bigger. There will be enough nutrients in MG for 1.5 months ( ~ my estimate ) and then once you get to flowering stage then you can give her bloom nutes (flowering nutes) so for now, ZERO nutes. Watering was hard for me to figure out too, but got the hang of it now. If you water her 3 times a week ( monday, wednesday and fryday) she will be happy. I hive her about 1 liter every watering now but when she was small i would give half a cup of water, just don't worry, they can go true a lot of pain and practice makes perfect. Yes 6.5pH is perfect, will keep your girls happy. Ak47 has a extream strong smell so even tho i have i only one plant, my entire room smell like pot paradise, but dos not leave the room witch is good.

7 Week in 12/12 (Flowering)

Not much done this week, she's just filing in very nicely, Will harvest the top colas on 8th week, and the rest on 10th week. Watering with just plain pH'd water to save most of the flavour. It hard to see any difference but i can defiantly see that she's filling in crazy.. Btw smell is getting out of hand, window is open'd 24/7 now, she really is a really, really, reallllllly - dank smelling plant. If your planing to growing ak-47, prepare you self for a extrema strong smell. Thats all this week, next week i'll harvest top colas and report on the wet weight and then 1 week later ill report the dry weight, its usaly 75% of wet weight.

Added 3 Fans, 2 exhaust, 1 intake, its recommended to have more "pull" then "push" because your trying to remove the hot air as quick as possible.
