SO it has been 12 weeks. 12/12 from seed. Not sure the strain. Also not sure what happened. I know one plant had a rough start but the other two seem not to be budding. I mean the buds are tiny and I am not sure what to do.

6-23w CFLs
Urine/water PHed 6.3 (Don't have the means for crazy bloomers or other stuff because of location)
Party cups
Sept 11 was the start in the cup 12/12 since.

If you need more info let me know.

Assuming it's an 8 week flowering period, that means it's 8 weeks AFTER you see your first bud.Not 8 weeks after you plant them.
Party cups don't help much either.
Hope that helps.

You might check to see if you have any light leaks. A little bit of light can do a lot of damage during their dark time.

Thanks to those that responded. I can see light cycle interruptions. How can I get back on track 100%? Should I just do a posiyive 12/12 or off for 24h then to 12/12? Thanks for the input!!! Peace!!!

You need to transplant them. They should definately be rootbound in those solo cups and it will lots of problems until the roots have more room to grow.
