FIRST GROW : 3 unknown strains : late flowering : HELP!!

I have no ventilation or dehumidifier, I have fresh air coming in due to a draft cuz the tent is by a sliding door. I thought it was getting too cold at night but the temps are perfect for late in flowering. I recently added a heating lamp because I arrived home and the tent was only at 66 mid day with lights on. I know every strains flowering varies. The middle plant seems closest to harvest. Suggestions?834E6C02-DD37-4A35-9DF6-72B1EE33EF43.jpeg

What are the best signs to chop besides pistils turning brown?
Buy a jewellers loop, check the trichomes, if they are clear = not ready
Milky = nearly ready
Milky/orange/amber = ready

More.milky gives you an uplift energetic high
More amber gives you the couch lock stoned high

Leaves start to yellow as plant finishes up, from what i can see on pics the hairs are brown but no yellow leaves? Best bet buy the jewellers loop bro, if you're in uk they're about 7/8£, im in same boat as you with the unknown strains, i had a cut from a pal who said it was gelato, its either gelato or cmog lol

Only for sure way to know is the color of the trichomes. Invest in a small microscope or jewelers loupe, more than worth it. Harvest too early or late can lead to a shitty high. Trichomes are clear when the plant is still producing resin in the trichome glands. Then will ripen and turn cloudy and then amber.

I’d say the goal depending on your preference is to aim for maybe 70% cloudy and 30% amber for sativa dominant hybrids and maybe 50/50 for Indica dominant.

Other ways to know like the seed bracts swelling, pistols browning and receding back into the bract, leaves yellowing are good indicators but far from a perfect way to tell when the harvest window is.
