Hey guys posted a while back and I decided to transplant to Supersoil potting soil from home depot. Been about 5 days since transplant and I am wondering what is wrong been searching the forum for hours on days, it just makes me think that everything is wrong...lol. I got 2 CFL's on them one is a 4,000 Lumens bulb as you can see in the pics and the other is a 23 watt. There are nutes in the soil and I soaked it from the bottom up before i transplanted it then did it again after the transplant, I also have a moisture meter and are still moist. I have a constant fan on low next to the box so I am just wondering what the hell I can do to make these ladies look like all the pics I see, any info or critism is gladly accepted and appreciated, as I am a newb and need to learn. I basically want to take 3 of these and clone it out to more. Please fellas I need your input!

Ok, heres my input. Fisrt off, looks like it could be overwatering due to yellowing. What kind of nutes are you using, or just what came in the soil? Also, you might wanna think about upgrading your light to a 250w or 400w HPS. right now you can get away with CFL's, but some advice would to use a higher spectrum bulb. You should be using a 6500k for veg (the first 4 weeks of growth). Looks like your using a 2700k, which would be when your in flowering stage. hope this helps some, any input is good at this point.

Loose that HOME DEPOT soil. Go to the grow shop and buy those fifis some ORGANIC SOIL try HAPPY FROG from Foxfarm. The balance of nutrs is better and won't burn those babies. They need it!

I second FFOF. Honestly NEVER have had a problem. Little expensive but I'll never use anything else.

The Supersoil from Home Depot is garbage IMO. Go with ocean forest from fox farm's it holds and retains nute's pretty good.. And I agree with Kush714, change up your light's... A 2 bulb T5 fixture would work better than what your using right now

Good luck on the OG grow!

Yeah change up your soil cuz from wat I c u have NO good drainage cuz u have no Perlite mixed in with your soil but IMO Fox Farm is the best but if u cant get any. Miracle Grow Organic Potting Soil work good if your on a budget. But make sure u add some Perlite to it so u have good drainage.

Like Kush714 said your overwatering your plant do to your soil not draining properly. Your roots need oxygen to breath and there not getting it bcuz your root ball is so compact. So get sum Good Soil, Perite and Nutients n you will see a great improvement!!!! :joint:

Thanks for the info fellas on that gonna get a new bulb tomorrow with a higher spectrum, on the note of nutes I have been using whats in the soil because I didnt want to over nute the ladies. So basically some better drainage on them and a higher spectrum bulb should cause an overall improvement? Thanks for all the advice and yes I am on a budget thats why I had to skip on the FFOF and go with the SuperSoil from home depot. I was reading on here on a guy doing a soil test and showing it as pretty decent on the drainage, I'll have to throw some perlite in to at least improve that. Anymore comments would be greatly appreciated, and thanks again for all the info!

Would it be wise to maybe take some clones off the healthy parts of these and start fresh with some of that supersoil with some better makeup say with a 25% perlite mix to it?

your stems are red and purple could be signs of multiple deficiensies or plant strain but in your case looks like your having problems..I'm no expert grower but it just caught my eyes!Could be temp fluctuations,Phosphorous deficiency, and I also agree you probably need better soil for your roots to breath as well good luck man!!

I wouldn't try to clone those at that stage you probably need to revive those plants and grow them to about a ft before you look into cloning...After all of my research fox farm ocean forest with a mix of perlite is probably the most popular soil around.Stick to what experienced growers know best before you wander off into experimenting and being let down in the end.Fox farm ocean forest with perlite or fox farm light warrior(seed starting soil) will work best.Keep up the hard work and it will all pay off good luck pimpin!!!

I wouldnt take cuttings from those yet till they are really healthy. Try to save some cash and get better soil, your end result will be worth the $20 bucks. If you cant get soil, then mix some perlite and get 1/3 strength nutes for your current setup. Try to let your soil dry out more before re-watering.

I wouldn't cut clones off untill u have gotten your plants back in very good health. bcuz The last thing u want is mayb having stressed the plant into producing clones wit a hermie trait in them so wait till the plant has fully recovered and has real good lush vegetative growth b4 cloning.

Got sum OG Kush growing now myself and can't wait to go into flowering. Just LSTed 1 of them trying 2 get as many tops as possible. Also got sum-

2) Red Deisel - 8 weeks into flowering
3) G-13 - 2 week into Veg
1) Auto Flowering Davola - 2 weeks n
2) Purple #1 - 2 weeks into veg
