WAIT A MINUTE!!! BOVEDA IS NOT SILICA GEL!!!!
IT DOES EXACT THE OPPOSITE. BOVEDA HUMIDIFIES, WHEREAS SILICA GEL DEHUMIDIFIES. Boveda has liquid inside. It's not those little balls of silica. I've already explained how it works, though. I DON'T want my crop to dry too quickly during the curing process. I want the RH inside the curing jar to be at 65% as long as possible before lowering the RH again to 55% for long term storage. Maybe then some people would need silica gel IF the ambient RH is much higher than 55%, like in Thailand...
