Yea they should be starting to flower... Do you see pistils everywhere at least? What is your soil mix and Ph and what are your feeding?

Can't see it... But I can tell you your plants look like there going to die, mine looked like that before they died... Hope I'm wrong

Your plants don't really look as healthy as they could imho. If your pH is 6.5, then I'm guessing it's a fert issue or over/under watering. Good luck though man! Sending some good vibes to your grow

Mine died because PH lockout, my soil was very acidic, then the leaves started to claw like how yours are looking... And once it gets to that point I dont think there is any coming back from it smh I could be wrong but it looks like the major nutes are being locked out thats what causes the clawing

The one in the middle looks good, the other's look a little droopy. I don't think it's over for them quite yet though; pH 5.5 - 6.5? Your light looks pretty far away? This should be at 1 to 1.5 feet.. If you don't have a hood / cooltube I'd really recommend getting one. I have a cooltube for my 1000W and it works great, I can drop the light closer to the plants without cooking 'em. As for the soil, not too sure if I can help you there - I'm a ebb and flow kinda guy.
Edit: Also check your temperatures at 'night.' They can look sad if they're too cold at night too.

I'm also in week two and I have pistols coming out of each node. 9 out of 15 were females - Not too shabby (60%)

Day 22 of flower
Had a little "accident" i forgot i set my timer on outlet on and forgot to set it to timer and went to work left at around 7:45 lights turn off at 10 so i closet my closet. bad ideal when i got home the tops of the plants had burnt but i guess its okay you know its my first grow im learning so we all make mistakes. just gonna see if it gonna affect the production of these ladies well lets see.

Nice grow. Are you doing anything to vent air in/out of the closet?
The plants look great, it looked to me like you just let them get too hot & thirsty once but they bounced back.

First Grow mumbo jumbo my first grow was perfect you suck!!!! Lol just kidding bro, you doing real good man I only had two successful grows out of seven 
my first one died, second one was ok but harvested to early, then my third, fourth and fifth died lol my sixth bagseed grow harvested nice outdoors, and now got my seventh one going now and she's looking the best out of all.... You definitely doing good bro I commend you!!!

they just have a fan im not worried about smell, and temps stay at 75 and 60 at night

I fed on day 28 sorry for the crappy ass phone pics :/ my hps burnt out so im waiting to get another one as for now i have a mh in there with another hps. i feel like the growing is slow for 4 weeks and 2 days into flowering but they will grow when they want
