Looking good bro. I gotta ask the question that's on everyone's mind though. Wtf is that stuff in your soil? Never seen that type of aerator

how often do you water? does the pot has good drainage? looks like overwatered to me,

Looks like eggshells, if it is eggshells, they need to be crushed up into about 1/4 that size or smaller.
