First Grow (AG PRO 200)

Nice journal. I started my widows more or less the same time as you did.
Had a bit of Nutrient problems a week or so ago. But seem to be picking up again.
I've been watching your journal to see if my growth is on par with yours. Not far off in terms of size. But yours look healthier than mine.

Yea I've had my share of hiccups so far on this first grow, I will do a picture update later today.

started with 150watt envirolite blue. But then managed to break the light...long story.
So I've switched to 150w Red now with 2 x 20w CFL and 42 Watt CFL.
Using Ionic nutes. But had EC on about 1.5 after 2 weeks. Burnt the leaves bad, had to get rid of one or two. Flushed with ph 5.5 water and had kept it like that until about 5 days ago. And nutes again to 0.8 and today starting to show signs of nute burn. Checked EC and it went back up to 1.2. Flushed again today. Added Epsom salts. (waters EC from tap is 0.5) then added small amount of nutes. Back to 0.6. Hopefully things will sort themselves out now.
I did have 3 plants. Well I still do but the 3rd is barley growing so I have it under a 18watt T8 flo in a small bubble box I made for clones. Doesn't seem to be helping though.

that sux about the stem rot or whatever! i bought that seedling starter from home depot same as yours and my germed seeds came out so i took a couple apart to see what was going on and both had a brown tip on the end of about an inch root. so i ssumed they were trash.... a couple i kept they were not that bad. day 11 and no signs of sprouts. this suxxx. i need some good quality seeds or sometin

Alright so I got home from my lab today and theres a sign outside my door that says 'quarterly assessment of damages and repairs' So my apartment and my bathroom are going to be inspected for problems and stuff, all my stuff is fine though so, sounds great right? Yea... had to tear down the cabinet and take all my shit to a friends house. The note says over the next few days, doesn't even give a day or anything, also says 'you don't need to be present for inspection'. My plants were safely transported with all my grow supplies and shit to my friends. He is working on his grow cabinet in his closet so he let me put my plants in his bathroom closet, I light proofed the door and I have my timer and shit plugged in. So In probably 2 days I'll be able to take them back.

They look fine, pretty much the exact same as before maybe a little bit bigger, still perky and everything.

I just hope it doesn't get too hot in my friends closet.

Oh, yea I set everything up, light proofed the door and everything, I'm just unsure what the temp is going to be like.

I just set some shit in my closet up for when I pick my plants up, moving out of the bathroom.

Its behind a sliding glass mirror, so its not really that light proof, but I've got most of the open space covered, still need to mylar the back corner.

got a rack on the right to put my power strip in.

About the same vertical height, maybe a few more inches, but quite a bit more side room.

that looks good, i need to get some mylar, probably wont be until a couple weeks, hours have been really low at work, got rent comin up too, but my cab is white so it should be chill

Yea I totally made that sweet half circular side piece out of the box that my new bong came in, lol. I got the sides all mylar'd up, will post pics when I get my babies back.

haha yea, i have a RooR box just like that, you just gave me a good idea, ima use it as a reflector, put some CFL's in there, or cut holes it it and have it go on top of my AG Hood, kinda bouncing the light back down, kinda like a lid on top of the lights, if that makes sense

Yea I made some reflectors with the top/bottom of it and some mylar, going to use those for my cfls. They are the smaller ones in the corner.

Yea i see those, cant wait to get mine up, whenever i can buy some haha, had a hydro shop in my town and didnt even know it

Hell yes, they just came and 'inspected' my apartment for damages and shit, so I'm in the clear now.

Getting my babies back tonight, will post an update after I get everything set up.

Hopefully my buddy treated them well.

Ya i Have a upright freezer that doesnt work. I was thinking about turning it into a grow room.
