More like a indica, look at tho's textbook fat leaves.
Probably more like a hybrid then one or the other,i would top those plants and get bigger pots they will bush out alot more if you top them,if you leave them they will be tall and stretchy:blsmoke:

Your containers are fine, don't listen to these guys. I use the same ones myself and I can assure you the roots haven't even gotten to the bottom at this point. It would take another month and a half to have enough to cause any growth problems. So bigger containers at this point wouldn't do a damn thing but shock it from an early transplant. The stature of your plants has to do with light intensity not container size. Either keep 'em outside or get them CFL's WAAAAY closer.

I said top then then bigger pots i met down the road get bigger pots i should have said that though:blsmoke:If you look hes loosing about 2 inches of room and i can assure you those roots will hit the bottom by now if he has watered the plant unevenly, but if he waters them consitently then yes he will be fine but as soon it goes out of sync they will start searching for water and in turn will need bigger pots sooner, but anyways like i said i would top them let them go 2-3 more weeks then get 3-5 gallon and then let them go:blsmoke:

to top the plant you clean razor blade or something to cut with, then dip them in rubbing alcahol, wipe dry then snip off the top grow shoot where the top main stalk and the second from top node meet but leaving the growth intact that comes from the second from top node, like below in the picture then it will start getting alot more bushy and stay short rather then get super tall, the top will grow out 2 new branches instead of one so more buds that way,and if you wanted to you could top those branches also but seeing how its probably gonna flower soon i would only top once and leave it.

you dont need a razor blade any branch or stem with 3 nodes is topable just pinch off the top of it (makesure you pinch of a little stem too) i dont no if you can top a fter 1 node but i found after 3 i get favorable results

if ur plants r in pots if you move them from place to place that helps(bugs come back to the same spot to feed after they tell all the other bugs in the world) mistin the undersides of leaves helps prevent spidermite(w/ water)
