first grow cab or new tent?

so i made this cab in 2013 and still have it around now and im still using it. right now i have x2 auto growing in it a Tutankhamen by pyramid seeds and auto blue berry by dutch passion in only 2 gallon pots my question here is i got and have better equipment but when should i move these over to my 400watt grow tent?

I would get them to 25% of the height of new tent, so when the explode in flower you are good. I've used that formula for 20 yrs never an issue

sweet im just new to auto's so i didnt really know what to do or when to convert over to more powerful lighting thank for the info really helpful keep a look out and see how these turn out

Its all a guess, but they all grow about 3x in flower, some more some less

yea thats what i usually go by on normal or fem seeds they grow about half the veg state or more give or take i just dont know much about auto's and dunno when i should convert it to the better light to get the best outta them like how long it takes to show its flowering mode so will just play it by ear and find out thanks again
