First Grow - discoloration issues

Hi all!

This is my first grow and have recently run into a couple issues.
I've been trying to diagnose but thought I'd ask you lovely people for some advice.

Setup:
- tent: 3x3x6
- light: SF-2000 LED
- medium: soil - fox farms happy frog with extra perlite
- humidifier
- 4" carbon filter and inline fan
- 2 clip on fans (only using one at the moment)

Plants:
A = Argyle Fem (2 & 1/2 weeks old)
BC = Blue cheese Fem (2 weeks old)
WW1 - White widow Fem (2 weeks old)
WW2 - White widow Fem (2 weeks old)

Some quick grow notes so far:
1. I was using my softened tap water at the beginning (left sitting out for 24 hrs), figured this was bad idea on account of salt, so
2. I switched to distilled water, but thought it could strip too many nutrients from soil, so
3. I switched to RO water
4. Everything was looking pretty good so far, then started noticing some issues with WW2 (yellowing)
5. Then noticed A was forming a little brownish spot on bottom leaf.
6. Tried watering the last couple days with unsoftened tap water (stuff I'd water garden with)
7. Lowered lights from 24" to 20" above plants (recommended 18"-14" for seedlings)
8. Noticed A bottom leafs got worse and brown leaves feel a little crispy on edges, WW2 has more less stayed the same

I PH down my water slightly from around 7 to around 6.5
I usually stick my finger in soil to check moisture, and when about the top inch is pretty dry I water which is around every 2 days or so, usually lightly, though a bit ago I watered till I got the tiniest runoff, but went back to more conservative watering
Haven't been using nutrients yet because I'm under the impression ffhf is pretty hot already for young plants. Is that true?
Could the distilled water have stripped nutrients? If so, should I add some?
I suspect I have some overwatering issues because of the droopy leaves even with the healthier plants, and maybe this is the cause of some of the other issues too?

Been keeping tent at 75-80 degrees, 40-50% humidity and mostly 24 hours light easier to maintain levels for me at the moment. There were a couple night I let them sleep 4-6 hours, could this change in schedule cause stress?

This is my first grow, so please, be honest, are they struggling a lot? Will they make it? Am I worrying too much? :) Part of me is hoping they grow out of their problems!

Hopefully I've provided a good amount of info, any help is deeply appreciated.
Just striving to have some plants that look half as good as some posted on this forum. Keep up the good work!
