Things are looking ok,The only thing that i can see what is wrong is it is a little leggy you have had the light's too high.If you can get into the habbit of haveing the light's realy close to the top's about 6/8 ince the plant will produce alot more ganja.But thing's are looking good you can always put most of the stem below the surface of the soil so about 2cm is above soil.I would up the feed now also to full strenth and in about two weeks re~pot them into there final resting place.Another good tip is to wet the plant through with feed once a week by feeding once aweek the plant will form a root base that will not become prematurely rootbound.

ya man they look great, as tyke said, set the light closer so you avoid your babies wanting to "stretch" toward the light. ( i ran into the exact same problem, im also 2 weeks in just like you =D ) One more thing i would recommend is setting a fan to gently blow on your plants to simulate wind. This will condition the plant and the stalks will begin to grow thicker. (no one wants limp branches for their buds!! ) run the fan 24/7, but i do stress GENTLY you do not want to stress them. My setup is similar to yours, check it out if you like, we can compare first grows as the little ones progress =)

yes up to the first club/water leaves, thats about as deep as youll want to put them, i have my lights at 18/6, i dont know about your plants as youve yet to mention what strain they are =). i'd say keep it at 18/6 seeing as how thats what theyre used to now, no need to add excess stress.
im not an expert, im just telling you whats worked for me so far. My dealer minored in Botany, told me "K.I.S.S. = Keep It Simple Stupid, the more things you add to the equation, the larger potential for error there becomes." I've applied that, as i like to call it, "Mantra" to my grow and i think im doin ok. just what i think =)

i just put some seed i found on my weed but from different times i just had em all in a bag and decided to grow them

Ya theyre lookin good man, real good. only thing i would recommend is more mylar on the side walls, the more light, the better =D , and it looks like you got it lower just in the nick of time, lol that first picture, shes so stretched!! get the fan asap! you dont want you babies to tip over.
