I would not worry about it just let nature do its thing, if you mess with it you may do more harm then good but you may get some cool seeds out of it.

Definitely seeing the buds getting bigger, and they are starting to connect together. I don't mean to toot my own horn here, but i'm feeling extremely optimistic for my first grow! My lavender has several side colas that are already being weighed down. All of the sugar leaves are dusted with frosty dankness and I can't believe I'm only half way through! This is extremely exciting for me guys. Enjoy the pics, Ill be posting more later!

Doubletake - Thanks man, good to see ya back.

Small update: Watered last night with 7 gallons. Full strength nutes plus a little extra MagICal, BC Bloom, Awesome blossom. Ppm was 1450. Watered Sour D last and watered the res down to 1250 ppm cause she doesn't like heavy nutes.

Here are some more pictures from the other day

Update: After the last heavy feeding in my last post i saw a lot of browning and curling down on the edges of leaves on the lower part of the plants. Looks like nute burn. I just watered with 6 gallons ppm: 540 to try and give them a flush since i havent done that this grow.

Question: How do you test the ppm of runoff water? My meter wont give me a read out.

Also, my friend took his camera back so i dont have that anymore.. Hopefully ill be able to use it again before harvest.

Thats what i think it was. that was back in veg and i had a lot of humidity in there and i wasn't running my inline fan when the lights were off. But what makes you say a zip per plant?

Does your exhaust still smell? I'm pretty sure that's just a dust filter on your light.

And the the pic that you posted, that you think is pollinated, may just be from a leaf or something else rubbing on the bud. Happens to some of mine also. Although I know a lot of cuts of the gsc throw nanners.

Went and bought a proper carbon filter which will work for my current and future setup plans, gotta like thinking ahead. Turns out the one I had been using wasn't nearly big enough for the inline I have. So my small smell issue has been resolved.

Adversely, the smell from the girls have gotten all but more potent. I'm picking up new smells almost daily. The raspberry kush is sweet and fruity smelling, and SUPER sticky; definitely a favorite of mine. Platinum girl scout cookies aren't a dominant smell in the tent but when you get your nose closer to the nugs the smell is unreal, very exotic. All of the strains in my tent are looking top notch, except my sour diesel. It's no where near as frosty as my other strains. I think this may be because its a longer flowering strain and it takes longer to achieve that frostyness? I guess we will see.

I also watered today with 6 1/2 gallons. PPM: 1200

URRGGGHH Still dealing with spider mites. I fucking hate these things they just don't die! Its only on one of my PGSC so its been manageable i just can never seem to get all the eggs or something. Doing a HEAVY treatment of SM90 to get rid of these things once and for all.

Can anybody tell me what this yellowing on the tip and base of the leaves on my Grand Daddy Purple is? Deficiency or nutrient burn?

Also, What methods do you guys use when harvesting? Ive never done it before so i know nothing about it, Should i just cut them at the base and hang em upside down in a dark closet on a drying line?

Ok so update on the garden. Today is day 56 flower. Im starting to see quite a bit of cloudy trichomes and just spotted my first ever amber trichome on my gdp top cola Ill probably wait another couple days then chop her. I flushed last week on day 52 with clean water to flush and with further research, have decided to continue pumping them with full nutes until the last 2-3 days before i chop. I was seeing quite a few problems with discolored leaves and other deficiencies that I think were because a lack of P&K, also saw some rust colored spots which I believe is a micro nute deficiency? Cal, iron, mag..somethin like that. With that being said, I fed them with full nutes this morning. PPM: 1250

Here's some pictures of the raspberry kush I took yesterday.

Still seeing a lot of clear trichs and maybe 50-60% cloudy.

PGSC is about 80% cloudy trichs; should i wait to see 5% amber or is now a good time to harvest those?

FINAL UPDATE!

So im wrapping up my first grow. Just finished the cure and final weight looks to be about 2 ozs per plant! Surprisingly the girlscout cookie yeilded just as much, even more than the gdp. and way better bud. Sour deisel yeilded around 70 grams, and the raspberry kush, which i thought was gonna yield the most but yeilded 65 grams.Id say a pound of dried bud is pretty good for a first grow? All in all, im very surprised, and couldnt be happier with the final product of the fruits of my labor! :blsmoke: I have definitely found a life long hobby. Thanks for everybodys help along the way
