How many weeks they seem very small thought you had 7ft to play with
Mabe the LST stunted them or there tiny plants lol I figured by now should be about 36” tall next run I’ll let them grow naturally see what they do. I’m hoping they will pick it up and stretch more.

I’m using advanced nutrients ph balanced micro 1ml grow 1 ml bloom 2ml in a 2 litter bottle when do I switch and what are the amounts it don’t seem to say just gives you how much for seedlings then for plants with 3 to 4 leaves then adult . Now it tells me to use 4 ml micro 4 ml grow 4ml bloom does this sound right . I am halfing there measurements on my figures.
I’ve got big bud nutrients as well

Six weeks exactly today here are some pics. I’ll be replacing the 4” exhaust fan for a 6” exhaust fan and use 4” for intake. Then I’ll have way better control over heat.

So far can’t use all three lights as gets to hot in the high 30.9 may be ok but I think it’s a bit to hot . Once I get second fan it will be ok to use all three on flowering can’t see it hurting and will really cover whole tent nice. The tallest plant was the tiny one at start I thought was stunted lol it’s growing like crazy now it’s the lambs bread. The plant i thought would be biggest and best is the smallest ha ha never judge a book by its cover. So far I’ve been able to keep a really stable inviroment and can raise or lower it by 4 to 5 degrees it’s working great. Almost wish I did whole grow on purple leds but I do like the sunny cob definitely works great the 1000w bestva is brighter for sure . I like the white light better easier on eyes . I’v upped my nutrients and plants took very well as I thought they wouldn’t. I’ll update iether before or probably after Christmas with pics. Merry Christmas everyone!!!

I just wanted to add one thing about the Chinese lights. I bought a 900w LED. Terribly disappointing. One of the three LED's went out so I opened it up and found THREE 50 watt circuits. That light was at the top of the list when I bought it. You can't get 900w's out of 150. Not only the people that make these things but anyone that sells them are lairs, thieves, and con artists.

Agreed I’m learning more on them all the time . The ones I got seemed to work good plants we’re liking it . The cob after putting it up they did even better. I’ll probably sell the leds and go with a newer cob system I’ve been looking at some nice lights not to bad on price as well a little more than leds but I’m sure there worth it.

Done no training with these except plucking the odd leaf. 1 crappy light and bare minimum effort really. Just starting flower period after about 7 weeks veg. Will be adding another light in about 2 weeks to hopefully boost flowering

There are some lights on Amazon that look good(?) maybe. The kit I'm looking at has one 400w MH for veg, 400w HPS for flower, a dimmable ballast, vented reflector, and yoyo hangers for abut $150. You can't put it together for that. It looks like you could even use two 600w fixtures and spend less than for a 1000w.

That’s a great price.

I'll be checking the quality for the lights within the next few days. I don't want to get had by the lights again. Depending on your needs they have them smaller to much smaller and larger, too. I built a rinky-dink 4x4x7 cabinet for about the same price you bought your nice tent. That's the kind of thing I'm trying to avoid now.

400 watts of hid will put out the same heat as a 400 watt led light.
The idea of using a led is that you can use less power for the same results. For example I use a 1000 watt light but built a 700 watt led to replace it now I'm using 300 less watts which is less heat then 1000 watts and I'm still getting the same results or better plus less stress on my breakers.
No way? Are you saying a 400 watt HID is as cool as a 400 watt LED? Do you suggest that a really efficient LED like a Fluence Spydr X at 350 watt input will be as hot as a 350 watt HPS? Not a chance! An HPS is likely to give off as much as 30 percent or more of its power use as heat not photons, led maybe 10 percent or less depending on the fixture including the power supply. The issue is that most of the blurple lights are just old tech and make observation difficult, they suck to work under. If your 700 watt LED is hot it isn't very efficient. I can grab hold of any part of my fixture and at best it's warm to the touch, don't need to ventilate for heat, just air exchange. 4x5 foot room at 74 degree Fahrenheit house temp runs at 79 degrees with an unassisted RH of 45... without cooling! You will not do that with an hps! sorry ain't gonna happen! Not being a troll here but it's just not accurate saying different lights with the same input wattage create the same heat that's all. Peace out

Ok thanks I’m a little higher than that right now
Ok thanks I’m a little higher than that right now I’ll lower a bit .
Without a PAR meter I would suggest starting off at around 24 inches from the plant if it's just a baby. What you want to look for is legginess, if it starts to get leggy lower the light at 6 inch intervals until the plant stops stretching. It won't really matter if you intend to transplant anyway as you can bury the stem some to shorten it. I would also use a gentle breeze from a small fan to strengthen the stem. To be honest though, for little guys I would prefer to use T5 lights than the blurple LEDs. Some guys like em, I find they make me nauseous to look at and most aren't that great. If you want to do this for real get a good light fixture like a Spydr X or similar full spectrum [ true color ] light.

So I’ve managed to get all three lights going with humidifier at 40% full air flow and extra venting temperatures now 25.5 stable been on since last trying to figure it out . Here’s some pics
