OK, whew! One more question(for now, lol) I have it about 18" away from my light, cheap Walmart light with the clip. I believe its a 90dvd watt cf? Is they too low for now? Thanks bro.

i run a fluoro 18's good lower it when she gets a tad bigger like to 12" but when she has like 2-sets of 3bladed leaves

I sometimes run a 130W cfl as close as possible (<3inches away)
I think you will get too much stretch otherwise.
My first seedlings stretched and had weak stems because I was just using 36W of light.
Put a little fan gently blowing on them and the stems should stay strong.

Yea I just put a fan in today but because of wanting to keep light sealed out don't have very good if any ventilation. I thought about moving them closer because of stretch but am nervous about burning them.

you can't grow weed with cheap half assed light setups. 6500 K cfls inches away with good air movement that's the way to go.
