I'm going to try and get some forward flash on them for frost next time. The bounce back flash just evenly lights the image lol, oh well. I'm new to bud photography haha. Also the plants must have started to take the shape of their gargoyle-like guardians ! I took everything off the top of the tent and now Winston sleeps on top with his legs hanging over the front lmao.

nice buds ya got. Still got plenty of hairs on them babies. Mine wen't to 11 weeks almost 12 weeks when she finally finished. Curing went naturally, hung to dry to the touch, and pulled the buds, and went into the fridge for a week, and pulled cause they dried out to much, went and got a contianer (sp) wetted a towel to damp, and taped it to the top, had great stuff, and a great lemon smell, and taste was lemony too. Sat u back in the seat after a smoke. Hope your does the same....

Thanks for the kind words my dude. Yeah lot of white in there. I hope not 11 weeks! I was hoping for 9 max. They have a skunky/sweet/citrus lemon scent. Very very strong lol. Cheers man!

Whole family came through this weekend. All went well. Ladies are chilling. Home stretch now. Shouldn't be any more interruptions.
Fed tonight. Normal dose recommendations. Buds are heavy. Branches are staying very strong but you can tell how heavy they are. Frost is slowly building but seems kind of stagnant. Buds are swelling pretty much on the main colas right now. Calyxs are getting fat.

Pulled a lot of the larger fan leaves and pulled down some of the main super tall colas to even them out a big and drop the lights lower. All the buds now have a ton of space and air movement/light. Pulled a lot of leaves. Again haha. They are really starting to fatten now. Still a lot of white hairs. Still a mix of mostly cloudy and some clear trichs. Ambering on the sugar leaves but not the calyxs themselves.
Smaller plants fat ass colas are probably 50% orange hairs on all the buds. Larger plant with bigger colas like this one have very few orange

Day 49 officially 7 weeks
Shit is getting CRAZY! These buds are gettttttting massivvvve! After pruning I don't know if I can just see father down each stem or if the light is really making a difference because they are FAT. And longgg. Like halfway down the stem long.
Gave them each a gallon of fresh water yesterday. They thirsty

Thank you bro!!! It's very addictive and I had a really really good time haha. But I don't think I'll have my second go until I get a house or it becomes legal in my state. Too many good things in my life to mess up. I'll have to go back to smoking shitty mids haha. Don't think I've seen or smoked quality untouched indoors in like 10 years.

Going to try and get a nice camera shot of them tomorrow. Here's that middle cola. The other cola is taller but this one is the widest I think. He's got 4 cfls around him because of his position haha. He gets 11,256 lumens pretty much to himself! All within an inch. Thinking about sticking with water for the rest of the grow? Any thoughts. Most of the colas are 40-50 orange hairs and mostly cloudy trichs. Some clear on this big guy though. I think he's going to reach his full potential over time

Yeah still plenty of time! Bachelor party is the 28th though. Don't need a full cure but would like some smokes for that haha.
I was thinking about just water. If I sacrifice some bulk for a "smoother smoke" I'm ok with that. The leaves are still very green. What about tapering the dose. Like instead of 5ml bloom just 2.5ml? And nothing else. Just a bit of bloom or only water? They're due tonight

At this point I figure there is enough nutes left in the soil to go for the next 2-3 weeks so
I use water only the last two weeks.. You can test it as it drys..no green or harsh taste..

Oh I read it. And did some research of my own. I'm pretty much on the science side of things at this point though. I don't really believe in the flush or fade. But being as how this is my only crop, I'd rather not leave it to chance haha. I'll just give them water the last bit and if there is any truth to flushing or leaching I'll sacrifice a bit of bulk for a smoother smoke. If I had a bigger crop like 4 plants and this was my first grow I'd for sure do a flush and non flush. I'm going to try and get the temps down low with the ac and see if any color comes out as well. I'm doubtful but it won't hurt (these babies grew up with night temps in the low 60s for a lot of their early life hahaha

ok its possible flushing is bs but then can someone explain to me why the bud i dont flush cracks pops and sparkles like the fourth of july?? lol i think i read somewhere thats the trapped nitrogen but idk how true this is

Thanks man! I also read that if it's not burning to pure white ash (black ash) that that's also excess nitrogen in the plants/soil. You can't even ask it'll start an insane debate lol. I think flushed or not flushed if you don't over feed, dry properly, and cure properly...it'll be bomb smooth smoke. I have nothing to back that lol just speculation. I'm going to let them fade a bit and then do the rest right!
