First Grow Help?

Hey everyone. I'm going to start my first grow this spring/summer and I'm looking for some advice.

I've been researching growing, etc. for years and I've finally decided to jump into it. I just purchased (haven't received them yet) five feminized Critical Kali Mist seeds. Here's the issue though... I'm PARANOID about helicopters and planes here. I live on a farm and have tons of space (115 acres) to hide these 5 plants. There are two forests on my property so I'm not worried about theft. The big problem, as I mentioned, are the airplanes and copters. I'm not sure how to hide these plants. Also, the other issues are that I live with my parents so I have to hide it from them, I have a short summer to work with as I live in Atlantic Canada, and there aren't really any native plants here that I can hide weed with... Well, I don't think so at least...

So anyway, I know that was a big jumbled mess of a paragraph. Here are the two big issues:

1) Worried about copters and planes. How do I hide this stuff? I've already thought about tying it down and planting other plants nearby, but weed needs light... Will shade screw with the yield big time? What are some plants native to my region that I can hide them in?

2) I need a way to start these seeds indoors, but my parents are around... I have a woodshed but it gets really cold in the winter... How tall can I expect these plants to get within the first month or two of growing (if I start them two months early)?

I'm not really worried about my parents too much. The two issues above are the big ones.

P.S. When signing up for rollitup.org I couldn't help but think that if cops were smart, they'd make a friendly looking marijuana community site to help them bust people .

Yeah I was in a bit of a rush when I wrote it. It's totally the copters and planes that are the issue though. I really need to know the best plants to hide weed in Atlantic Canada. As I said, I'm going to tie the plants down so whatever plant I'm using to hide them from copters need not be tall.

Also, as for starting inside, what temperatures and light do I need? And has anybody grown Critical Kali Mist? How tall does it great (approx) in the first month? Second month?
