First grow, how's my plant\roots?

Hey all!
This is my first grow and I'm wondering how my plant looks and if this root growth is a little excessive..
This is 19days from seed, and I'm having to repot it already due to it being root bound, I think. I hadn't expected the roots to grow so large at this stage, I only noticed the roots coming out of the bottom when I went to water today.
The pot it was in is approx 4" diameter and 4" deep. (Sorry I don't know volumes of the pot)

I have 4 plants in a 4'x4' tent with a LED Meizhi 600 over them (veg setting).
This is a white widow x big bud from seed, in soil/perlite/Coco mix with added mycorrhizae and some rooting powder.
I'm watering with tap water dechlorinated for 24hrs. With seaweed extract, silicon, cal-mag and molasses all at very small amounts. Using pH down to bring the PH to 6.2.
Apologies for the image quality, my phone ancient!20170805_124723.jpg 20170805_124631.jpg 20170805_125043.jpg 20170805_125100.jpg

I think your timing to transplant is right on schedule...just make sure you move it to a decent size pot on this transplant...g/l
I'm not sure on the exact measurements of pots I'm using, but it's approx four times volume of the previous one.
I'm quite happy with the node spacing they seem to be quite compact, which is what I was aiming for :-)

Those are some really healthy looking roots. Great color. How often did you water in the pot you just transplanted from?

I just transplanted an OG#18 into a 2.5 gallon pot from a 1/2gal. Lots of roots at the bottom tho no where's near rootbound. Like usual I used a bread knife to cut the bottom inch off the rootball and tucked her into her new home and watered her in good.

I generally transplant once the plant needs watering every two days. For my indoor girls 4gal pots seems to be about right for a final pot size and they need water every 4 or 5 days right to the end. At each transplant I cut the excess roots off so even after cropping there is no big buildup of roots at the bottom just fine roots all thru the rootball from top to bottom.

It was about every 3 days, sometimes 2, just depending on how they were.
I had a few issues with humidity being quite low to start with and I've tried to keep the LED as close as possible, this has meant that the soil becomes quite dry to the touch in 3 days.
