first grow hydro BC sweet tooth

That link gives you common problems. I would test the PH in the solution you have. Make sure it's slightly acidic. The ppm meter is good to have, you can find cheap ones under 20-25 bucks on ebay. It tell you parts per million (i'm pretty sure that's what it means) of the nutrient solution. Since you don't have one I would be leary of adding anymore nutes to the solution just dillute with water and monitor ph. I don't think i could live without a ppm meter.

day 13, still growing good, except for the one that is in the picture that isnt growing right. i just got some dry ice to suplement co2.

sry for the late response, but since U have an HPS I would probably wait till the 7th or 8th node begins to develop....or if you notice your plants starting to stretch a little more than your liking Id go ahead and top em.....im growing with cfls and i top them around 3rd or 4th node to prevent stretching verryyy early..
your

plants look really nice man...keep up the good work..how much did that dry ice cost and does it have to be purchased on the net?

edit: and the plants do look a lil droopy, im not sure if you have enough oxygen getting to the roots...u might need to add another bubbler to the res, or give em a lil h2o2..maybe a res change is neccessary..few possibilities
pz

day 17, i dont know if im going to top or not, they seem bushy enought as they are..

one of my plants is about half the size of the other plants, i dont know if i should leave it in the middle or move it to a corner.

those are some nice looking plants man, nice job for a home made system.
and put your tall plants to the outside, the small ones to the middle

day 18, i got another fan today, got some yeast and sugar for co2, and i hung a nother light, the plants are growing like crazy, i moved the 2 small ones in the middle, i have some plants in peat pots for outdoor, how long can i keep them in those pots? i think they are 3 inches, you can see them in the pic,

im not sure, but it looks like they might be getting just a little bit too much water by the way the leaves droop a bit. im not quite sure though cuz im used to sativa. maybe get a few more CFL danglers and do u have a fan? just trying to do some constructive critisism. im being picky. it looks like a really nice grow. especially while ur trying to hid it from ur gf. good job. keep it up. dont get busted.
