your soil still looks soaked. lookin at your plant is a buzz killer lol.. theres still hope, if youve cloned before you could top it and see if you can get a second chance out of that.
put a fan on your soil to help dry it out not directly on your plant tho. dont give up yet, but it could be wise to germ another seed.
