Cheers for stopping by mate. What sort of problems have you been having? I had shitloads of problems with them early on but now they are all a lovely dark green and healthy looking, apart form the tallest psycho which looks to have a little light bleaching on the top leaves. What kind of Cheese are you growing?im subbed for this , ive got the psychosis n livers as well but having probs with them atm so gradually filling the tent up with sweet cheese lol
problem im having is that my 6 psycho are 7 weeks into flower an barely look more than 2-3 weeks in, plants look absolutely perfect n frosty but just not getting bigger/swelling. And the sweet cheese was a clone from a friend so not sure of the breederThanks mate, I appreciate it. Any friendly advice is always welcomed.
I'm well ahead of you on the labels. I remember getting so smoke from him and when I asked what it was the reply was 'Weed. Could be Livers, psychosis, Trainwreck, Cherry Cheese........', hahahaha.
Cheers mate, I'll get myself down the DIY store and garden centre this week and pick some hooks and netting up. Any advice on the best way to weave the plants into it? The back left psycho is kicking ahead of the other height wise and looks like its going to have a fat top cola. I'm really please with how its going

That sucks mate, have you changed any of your bloom boosters/additives or your nutes this time round? I've been pushing the psycho for the last 10 or 11 days and so far they show no signs of any problems handling it.problem im having is that my 6 psycho are 7 weeks into flower an barely look more than 2-3 weeks in, plants look absolutely perfect n frosty but just not getting bigger/swelling. nope got 3 on tomato nutes (part of an experiment im running) and the other 3 are on Canna A+B and all 6 are the sameThat sucks mate, have you changed any of your bloom boosters/additives or your nutes this time round? Thats really puzzling mate, must be doing your head innope got 3 on tomato nutes (part of an experiment im running) and the other 3 are on Canna A+B and all 6 are the same
yup it is, only thing that has changed is the strain, and while I trust the person that sent it to me sent a good one it may not have travelled well or something so i think im just going to chop it from the lineup. found some seeds i never knew i had today so might crack some of them to replace it and im being gifted a cut of DrGt G13 at some point this week so might just use that to replace the psychoThats really puzzling mate, must be doing your head in
I guess thats the problem with clone only strains, the genetics arent as stable as from seed. I'd defo recommend giving it another go in the future with different cuttings.yup it is, only thing that has changed is the strain, and while I trust the person that sent it to me sent a good one it may not have travelled well or something so i think im just going to chop it from the lineup. found some seeds i never knew i had today so might crack some of them to replace it and im being gifted a cut of DrGt G13 at some point this week so might just use that to replace the psycho

Hey greek bud. Plants look lovely. I'd never be able to tell they have been through some stuff as youngins. I agree with Bobo about pulling some of the under growth off. It's a bitch to trim, they aren't as good as the top buds for smoke anyways, and they are stealing energy from the big buds. Any little bit you can take off will help (imo). Pulling stuff will stunt growth for a day or two... but the rewards once things get poppin again will more than outshine the bit of downtime. Oh... and one more thing I like about pulling the undergrowth is that there is more airflow. The air below the canopy will stay fresh and not so cluttered and humid. Cluttered and humid are bad things (espeicially to someone who's had to deal with powdery mildew a couple times).Cheers mate, I'll get myself down the DIY store and garden centre this week and pick some hooks and netting up. About a net/ screen. At this point in the grow you don't want to be doing any weaving. The only reason I would put a net up at this point would be to support the weight of the buds as they fatten up and droop. If you don't think they are going to droop... I wouldn't mess with it. If you want to do a screen for next round you can get things set to be a real nice even canopy, but the training is done in veg and the first bit of 12/12 when the plants are still stretching.
Awesome first grow. Keep us posted.
Cheers mate, good to see you over here!Wow my account still works, Looking good man, healthy girls.
You want to watch out about buds leaning on eachother... great way to get some nasty stuff growing on them. Bamboo sticks would probably be a good idea if they need it. Depending on how fat the talks are they might support everything on their own.I might just get some bamboo canes and some string this time round then, I'm kind of hopng the fact they are squashed close together they will provide support for each other but if not I can tie them up a bit from the bar the light hangs from.
that's an interesting to know Jig, the buds should not lean on each other, didn't know that, they say if you're lucky you learn something new every day...i feel very lucky to have stumbled upon all you nice peeps here on RIU.You want to watch out about buds leaning on eachother... great way to get some nasty stuff growing on them. Thanks for the advice, I'll try and keep an eye on the buds that are crowded together. I think I'll get the bamboo anyway just in case. You want to watch out about buds leaning on eachother... great way to get some nasty stuff growing on them.
