First grow just sharing progress

Honestly this is my very first grow and decided to grow kinda out of nowhere. I started googling how to grow and watched youtube. Came across this site started reading about everything I could. I read for a few weeks everyday asked some questions and started to put a list together of the setup I wanted then started ordering. First thing was had to figure out what seeds I wanted and where from. Nirvana was one of the first places I came across so I just stuck with it I liked there prices and the soil/flowertabs caught my eye. So I ordered the Indica Fem Mix which contains:
  1. Aurora Indica: F1 hybrid Afghan, Northern Light
  2. Bubbelicious: pink bubblegum scent and flavor
  3. Northern Light Autoflower: Highly suited indoor
  4. Short Rider Autoflower: Top 44 / Early Special.

I decided to run the autoflowers first for couple reasons being to get them out of the way and to get some bud earlier. I paper towel germinated them and was good to go in 48 hours. I planted them in ProMix Organic soil with some vermiculite. So far both are doing great minus the fact its somewhat warm like low 80s high 70s. I have to keep the front of my tent unzipped with a fan blowing air in till I get a bigger exhaust fan to pull out heat. I have a 400watt mh running right now my exhaust fan is only rated at 60cfm and filter is rated for 150cfm so I will upgrade to bigger fan to pull more air out and put that small fan as my inline fan.

I feel there a tad small I have been watering everyday but only small amount at a time didn't want to overwater. Am I ok to start watering till I get a lil runoff out bottom now that they are 2 weeks from popping through soil? Also I did buy the soil/flowertabs to try. I searched all over and didn't actually read any bad results. I know people don't like them cause there considered a slow release nute but they were designed for this and dealing with nutes and measurements is a no go for the wife if I'm gone for a week and she needs to watch them.

Pics would help to see how big they are and what watering requirements are, as well as the container size. Bottom feeding is good when they are little to help the roots seek out the moisture and get a good root structure going. Less amount of water, and watering more often at this stage is better.

The temps you are at are fine. I like higher temps in veg and lower in flower.

The tubs are 3 gallon I believe. You can actually see in the pic I just watered a little today cause I added a 1/4 of the soiltabs to each plant. I ran out of distilled water otherwise I was going to water the whole tub starting today. I filled the gallon jug with tab water and have it setting out right now to let the chlorine dissipate. I may just buy spring water or distilled water again and just keep with that Im not really sold on tap water with all the shit they put in it.

As long as your ppms arent too high then tap water is fine. I used to use RO, but my tap water is 60ppm! so I fill a big garbage can full of water, let it sit to de chlorinate and use that for my water.

Ok so I noticed lastnight my Short Rider started to get a little droop on a couple leaves and growing slowed. It used to be bigger then the Northern Lights but not anymore. I started looking at it close only a couple leaves droop so I'm not to worried about it to much. What I'm curious on is the leaf on the left the edges of the leaf curl up. Also if you look really close the bottom leaf in the front has just the smallest burnt tip. Now just directly across from that leaf on the back on the bottom is a leaf that looks just like that. I have searched the forum and looked at the pics with all the different deficiencies and cant seem to pin point it.

I'm sure its nothing but just wondering incase it takes a turn for the worse

I had a few due that, edges curl up, when my temp got a little to high. As for the tip being burnt, probably a slight nute burn. You have the right idea though, don't worry, just watch and let her do her thing.

Temps go from 75-80 depending on the day. They have reached 84 but its been a few days. Im pretty sure my PH meter is a POS the PH jumps around without even touching it.

IMO, stick with your tap water unless it is really terrible. Not a fan of distilled water. Also, you might consider staying with your light watering's for a little while longer. It's possible to drown those little plants in that big pot.

Just an update at 3 weeks plants are small. I'm going to guess its from high pH which stunted there growth. My pH meter was off I got pH solution in the mail today testing aound a 7.5+. They are autos so not much I can do but let them do there thing. The Northern Light looks healthy but small the Short Rider not so much. As you can see hasn't grown much still a little yellow

I meant 8.5+ my ph meter kept reading 6-6.5 so I thought I was good but guess not. The high ph has hurt me so hopefully now corrected they will slowly start to grow a lil more.
