FIRST GROW: lots of equipment

i need to use something other then dry wall to seperate the rooms to make it easier for different arrangments in the future.. but for now what i have to do is leave the 400 watt where it is in the far bottom right corner for clones, put my 1000watt MH up for all the plants that are under the 400watt right now (mothers), transplant to bigger pots, 1000watt will be in "veg" area parallel on a light mover with the window wall. swap computer and cloneing area (computer is currently in top right corner)

the first pic is exactly what i am talking about.. the 1k hps for flower, your cfls for clones cause they "dont" need much, and you can use your 1000mh for moms and veg if you wanted... but be carefull you might not want them to grow that fast in veg... think about what method of growing you will be doing, tall or short plants? perpetual or single harvest? all one strain or several? these are ?'s that you need to answer to plan for how and what type of light will be best.. also simplify your framing with just one secret door... you dont need a wall to seperate your veg and clone corner cause they will b on same light cycle... and in the wall you will build seperating the veg and flower room you can use panda plastic for the walls and a zipper door... cheapest eaziest method and most productive with your space..

your absolutely right, and im not sure about tall or short, right now ive got alot of you could say "sorting" to do with all these soon to be moms, so i might be harvesting big plants that i dont want to keep as moms along with a bunch of clones. like i said i have to figure out what strains i want to keep around so for now i will be doing a bunch of different strains and i want to keep it a continuous cycle, the problem being i cant run the 400watt 1000watt MH and 1000watt HPS all at once nor even both 1000watts at once, i can test it out but i doubt it, plus thats pretty intense n e ways. so i think im going to do what you said after i cut down the garden a bit and just use the 400 for moms, then i can keep a cycle going. and wont the clones be on 24/0 and veg be on 18/6? but your right i dont need dry wall there, i can just put up a black sheet or something just to help seperate and keep light in when veg. is turned off. i will only make one secret door, but then that means i have to always go thru the flower room and interupt temp. etc. to get into the veg. room opening the zipper door. either way all seems to be coming along.. now i just need to fetch some drywall/framing and panda film. i grabbed 4 "emergency blankets" from walmart for $3.11 each, they are 3 feet by 6 feet each and im just going to throw them up on the walls for now to help reflect light. what i really need to do is figure out venting and electrical (test how much power i can run in the room).

can you sketch out a ventilation system for me please. thanx alot dude uve bin most appreciated. then i can start work on this project:-P

heres some pics of my autogrowers i took the night before i ripped them out and hung them in my shed. the first 4 are "Snowryder" then there is a pic of my 400watt MH to seperate, the rest are "Mi5"

are the trics the "hairs"? or are they the little crystals that look like mushrooms under a microscope?

i did it based on how many weeks the website said they would grow and by the amount of red hairs that were on them (1/3rd)

hey man those came out nicely but i think fab was onto something.. you could have gone a little longer probably but still will be good smoke..

so today i went out and grabbed 5 litres of pearlite and 6 more recycle bins, now just waiting for the 6 plants to dry out :)

kk sounds good, i actually have a magnify glass or mircroscope w/e thats 30x.. which works good but its fucking annoying to use.. it has to b held still to get it just right
