first grow. male or female

In start it shows white hairs but now it has lost hairs and now there is balls. it is because plant got very less light? it is smallest plant it grows in closet with 3 other females, is it too late to remove this (is it male) or I can remove it now and get some green stuff?

that is a male plant, the pollen sacks look like they are ready to bust a nut, good luck not getting seeds in your females. get rid asap, throw it in the bin!!!!
 
it may not be yet the sack look very close to opening.just get rid right now!!!

u dont want to spoil those lovely ladies
 
next week I will make grow box from microowen box, should I take pictures from making process? or only result ? (that will be for my second grow)
 
It will be ok if i remove some biggest leafs ? they hide some buds under them so buds dont get much light. sorry about my English it isnt my mother language
 
As far as I can see from the first photo some of the male flowers are already opened, so you might have some seeds..the good thing is that most of the flowers are closed.
 
yeah at the very least you want to wait until at least 5% of the trichomes (look at the bulbs on the end of the stalk) turn amber. based on those pics itll be another couple weeks or so. how long have they been in their 12 hour/day dark cycle?
