First Grow (Micro) Going about this...right / wrong??

I have never grown my own weed before but am trying to give it a shot. I have to work from micro grows (doesn't matter to me) from inside of a pc case. I was planning to convert the PSU to a lab power supply (easily change / regulate voltages for components) or is this a bad idea? Then in the front there are 2 5.25in bays and I was thinking of making a sugar / water system for CO2, I am trying to take advantage of all of the room in the case and do not want to modify the outside too much to make it a "stealth" grow. Then have two fans, one blowing air into the case in the front of the pc and one in the back blowing air out. I am also planning on punting the computer inside of a cabinet, out of site idea. Then for lighting is a question, I know some led's work and some idk, I found these online, http://www.ebay.com/itm/E27-HR16-Grow-Screw-Base-24-LED-110V-Bulb-Spot-Light-/350502312452?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item519b90da04, and wondered if they are fine and if they will work well too (I would install 2 too).

I am trying to keep a low budget to get sut-up right away

Any advice will be very appreciated!!

If you want to rewire something and your not sure if its a "good idea" just find an easier/more direct/simpler way to get power where you need it. I think if your going to get enough co2 from sugar yeast then you will prolly need a container that will not be micro.The second the gas was introduced it would be sucked away, its a tiny space.You might not want the super boost co2 can produce in growth for micro.I dont have any experience with LED but as a general rule I would avoid anything that says spot light in the description as that stuff is usuall hot hot hot.Good luck.

ok thanks for the advice, so no co2? Or should I just not have the exhaust fan or the front / either? And I still may do the PSU idea but know when I really think about it, it would be a LOT easier just skipping that.... So should I just try CCFL then? OO and the container for the sugar yeast would be roughly a little smaller then two dvd drives stacked ontop of eachother (or is this still to small?) Thanks!

if your on a budget you may want to skip the co2,but if you insist you can prolly find a little tank/cartridge system of some kind that you can give them when the lights and fan are off during 12/12.You dont need to have the apparatus in the case ,you can manually give em a dose before tucking them into bed.you wont need co2 for veg. You may not notice much difference though a small plant is still small.If you need LED experience ,you got the wrong guy I know nothing.I suggest putting money into 1 or 2 quality CFL with the most broad spectrum you can find.Its been a while but I never had luck with store bought CCFL.

I was going to construct my own co2 tank myself, I am not that low on costs, I just do not want to spend 100's when I have everything that I can make myself, anyways it is more like a fun project to me rather then a hassle.

Where should I get my seeds from? A bank...? And I will probably look up more tomorrow but some of it confuses me as in the types / fertilized; if anyone would care to explain that would be appreciated as I am a quick learner. And what would the easiest / best bet for me be? Just lr2's?

Well I guess I will buy the second light and possibly the first or a plain ccfl (run both or just compare) and now it looks like this will be a small project! Maybe ill take photos of my steps...lol

I cant discuss the purchase of cannabis or the seeds. But the best method i found for growing micro is DWC.If you dont have the experience then any soil/semisoil will slow down the growth to a manageable speed.I have tried every kind of fertilizer out there and they all work except continuous feed or time release junk. you have no control over toxicity and salt buildup.other than that Sativas grow tall no matter what.Projects are fun. start a journal its prolly fun too.
