first grow need help with nutes and soil

i currently bought pro mix soil and worm casting and and pure blend orginal bloom and grow. are theses good to use i went to the hydro store and this is what the guy told me to buy first time grow so didnt really no figured he would no mroe then me so. so i guess my questions are 1. are these nuts good enough for promix soil and worm casting?

also 2. how much worm casting do i add to a 3 gallon pot?

anyone just wanna make sure i bought the right stuff and dont have to take it back to the store

Those are pretty low numbers for veg and frower nutes IMO. I am using Botanicare Pro Grow and Pro Bloom along with GH CaMg+ and Nectar, growing in Kellogg Patio Mix potting soil and it is cheap and works for me but we will see how the harvest is.

are you using clones or seed?
never feed a seed plant untill the baby leafs fall off or you will burn them . most soils will feed plants for 5 weeks anyway

Ok? I have had many plants never lose the cotyledon. I have fed seedlings and they don't burn.......
You shouldn't say things like NEVER unless you know what you are talking about
