First Grow, Noob

Long time toker first time grow. I have this set up in my closet. My goals were to just learn about growing plants in general, not use a lot of electricity. I have 7 LED bulbs, 2 Cree LED 800 lumens 9watts, 2 Philips LED 830 lumens 11watts, 3 Walmart LED 800 lumens 11watts, and 1 Ecosmart CFL (home depot) 1500 lumens 23 w. Total 7160 Lumens and 96watts. I have a thermometer and the heat never climbs above 23 C or 73 F. And most of the time it's a touch cooler than that.
With LEDs and CFLs getting cheap and available I figure it would be a good time to experiment. I have some photos And would love any questions and feedback about the grow.
I have 4 cannabis plants in the closet, I also have 2 beets pots, 1 spinach and 1 green onion in the party.
BTW do these plants look okay for 4 weeks from seed?

Whats up with that little fella at the top of the first pic? all I would suggest is some reflective stuff on the walls

The top plant is some spinach. I wanted my weed plants to have some other friends to chat with. It seems to grow well under the lights, that's only 2 weeks old. I'm testing out some other plants to see what grows well under this kind of set up. Spinach and Beets yes(so far).

Looks great for first grow... are you putting them on flowering light cycle soon? or letting grow some more?
I want to grow them until they reach at least a foot tall. They are about 6 inches tall now. My plants seem to be the opposite of leggy. Kind of short and bushy.
I also read during flowering it can get quite smelly. Right now the smell is noticeable when you open the closet but not outside the closet. I've ordered some supplies to filter the stink. I'm building a little charcoal filter powered by a 12v fan, 110v to 12v power adapter, random bits and some activated charcoal. The parts should arrive the next week. After all is built and running I'll see if it is time.
