My first grow I'm going to use Cfl's for the first few weeks until my hood gets here then into my 5x5 tent using hempy pots.:-P

The yellowing of the cotyledons is normal. Kind of like when fan leaves turn yellow and die, that's what these do because they produce energy for your seedling
