First grow, partial harvest, was it ready? (pics included)

This is my first grow
Its an OG Kush i harvested two side branches on day 60.
Should i harvest the rest or should i give it more time.
Thanks for the help, newbie here.

Looks like it was pretty close, but tough to say, for sure. Did you look at the trichs, or guesstimate? Should be good smoke, but I'd say it could've gone another week, or so.

It looks good, but try using a magnifying glass to look at the trichrome crystals. Once they turn from clear to cloudy, it's up to you. If you want a more up, head high then you're good right there, if you want a more stony body buzz let 50% of the trichromes turn amber.

Thanks guys. i don't have a scope or magnifying glass yet. I am waiting for a paycheck to get one, especially since rent is due in a couple of days. I think I will wait another 5 days to pick the rest. I still have my main cola, which i am dying to trim up. Spider mites began making their home in my plant, especially my main cola, this past week so I don't want to give them much time to completely ruin my harvest, should i wait or harvest the rest now because of the mites?

I'd probably harvest now, rather than let the infestation get worse. The smoke will still be good, just not to it's full potential. That's better than smoking additional mites, right? :wink:
