Did you call attitude or the usps ? And you can always put a cup over the plant for humidity so the heat won't be an issue
So today I got up did a wake and bake and walked out to get the mail. I was expecting nothing to be in there because I hadn't been getting anything, and I had assumed my beans were seized. I opened the mailbox and saw a package that said royal mail. I jumped and squealed like a little girl! I got inside immediately and this is what i found:

To get the temps down try LED? If I were going to grow in a tiny space like a PC case I'd get a full cycle Growspot LED from Sunshine Systems, maybe in combination with 1 CFL, daylight for veg and soft white for flower. I've also seen some general lighting LEDs in Lowes for about 3$/watt but have no idea if they would be good for growing.
Well I'm using 2 23W CFLs atm and the temp doesn't go over 85 if the lights stay on for about 4 hours. I think I'm going to plug my lights straight in and run my fan on off for 1 hour every 3 hours... that way I might avoid some noise problems...
I'm going to give the case a shot this way for a whole week and see if anyone gets suspicious

I have a micro grow going in a rubbermaid instead of a computer case. It took 2 80mm fans pushing intake and 1 120mm fan pushing exhaust to cool 3 bulbs to stay around 75 F. 3 - 26w bulbs. Check out my grow might give you some ideas. I had alot of problems at first if you read through but I got them all fixed. Good luck bro I'll keep checking in!
wow this is very cool. I would love to use this but I guess one really important part of stealth is location and environment. I thought about a rubbermaid box grow, even a 55 gallon drum. (we have a few behind our house) I went with PC because I can access it everyday and I have 2 computers in my room already. But I think I will rip my bong and read through your thread

How's the case coming along?
With 2 Bulbs It's freakin amazing so far... I've been able to maintain 80-85F with the fans going on for an hour every 3 hours.. (I might adjust it so it's like 15 minutes on 15 off) the fan timing is all for stealth reasons.. it's to turn the fans off whenever someone is near the box.
I'm going to run it for a week (I'm trying to decide whether i should do 20/4 or 18/6 lighting (again for stealth reasons)
If no one gets suspicious in the next week I'm going to plant. Let me get some pics of my setup and show you what's goin on in here

Inside of the box running 2 lights got some CVS odor absorbing gel (did an AMAZING job blocking out the fox farm ocean forest smell) The thermometer is HUGE so I'm going to replace it with a thermometer from a pet store. The water bottle is supposed to be ice. I was using it when I had temp problems I'm going to try to keep ice in there as long as i can to bring down temps.
Any suggestions? (I still have light leaks from the light traps (I only have 2 cascading walls) I covered the front with a book and as long as you don't peek in the back (which I don't think anyone will) you can't see the light leak from the back.
If my case stealths successfully then I'm going to throw in a white rhino seed and hope to get a female.

Ya no way you will get away with only onefan.
Temp alone will kill you, but regardless you need some airflow (breeze) through the plants themselves...
there should be space allready on the back of the computer for at least 2 fans.

Currently it's high, I hit 90 with all 5 bulbs, I'm trying 3 right now I'll update on temperature. I powered it up this morning and the light leaks were so awesome that I was like huh is this thing on? I hear the fan but I don't see light, I opened the door and was blinded LOL!
I had some company and they sat right next to the thing and had no suspicions, this is going to be sweeeet!
Still haven't gotten my shipment from attitude, it's been 8 days, ordered 10 non-feminized white rhino, the feminized seeds were all ridicilously expensive for me. This way even if half of them turn out to be males... I still save money. I also got 4 freebies with it... don't know which to grow first heres the invoice:

I think all 5 is going to bring the temp up too much. I hit 90F last night. I'm running only 3 right now and I'm at 75F in 30 minutes. ambient temp outside is about 69F, so I might go with 3 or 4 bulbs.
Also, thanks. What do you think about the odor absorbing gel, I hear if you put it in the box It will stink up the bud. I really can't do anything else for odor control. Gotta keep it stealth, but I also gotta keep space inside the case... Hopefully I won't be smokin CVS odor gel
P.S. What nutes do you guys reccomend? I'm going to use Fox Farm Ocean Forrest soil (or if you have any better suggestions). What kind of nutes do i get? What brands are good? I know i need High Nitrogen for vegetative, I know this is true for plants in general, I'm assuming this applies to marijuana. and probably a high potassium and phosphorous for flowering. So what are some good brands/products to buy. I'm going to head to my hydro store soon for actual plant stuff. I'm excited!
